@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence It's been 2 days our internet is not working and the reason we are getting is that someone has damaged the main wire of airtel in BRS Nagar Ludhiana. Just 2 days back I got the wifi fixed and after that there is no internet since 3 days.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia without any intimation to customer and without any communication to the customer airtel is cutting the allocation of the internet data. My data cut down from 1300GB to 500GB without any intimation. I got to know from my app after a month.

@Airtel_Presence is my back-up right now. I hope it will stay as a backup unless you improve your service. My mom and dad shifted to @airtelindia long ago because of the pathetic service that jio provides in my area.
