    Very poor services by #JioFiber @JioCare @reliancejio no internet connection @airtelindia was way better in terms of services P.S whats the point of high speed internet when there’s no internet only.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @MoneylifeIndia once again this month, my bill for mobile is ₹589.07, it is shown as ₹589/- but when I click to pay it gets converted to ₹590/-. Airtel fleecing every gullible customer for ₹0.93 per month. Multiply this with millions of customers

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence It's been 2 days our internet is not working and the reason we are getting is that someone has damaged the main wire of airtel in BRS Nagar Ludhiana. Just 2 days back I got the wifi fixed and after that there is no internet since 3 days.

    Last year Dec I have completed the slow internet speed that jio network team say that problem will be solve with 90days but till I have facing same issue. Poor service. @JioCare @reliancejio @sharmajitech @technicalgruji @airtelindia

    @airtelindia you claim false promises that your networks are everywhere, we can use data everywhere even in mountains as per Advertisements but the reality is very different I'm not able to able to use data even in my room. I also raised my complaint thrice.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Airtel has stopped hotspot tethering facility or I am the only one who is facing it. 2) poor data speed is a persistent issue. Why to continue Airtel and not shift to J. Please give me a reason.

    @airtelindia I requested Airtel One Black on 28 Apr (Req ID: SXWTYW5ET1), paid ₹1500 on same-day installation promise. Still no connection. Engineer not responding, rude behavior, multiple SRs with no resolution (1010103018398). I WFH & struggling for 6–7 days. Not acceptable.

This kind of greed and neglect is exactly what killed giants like Nokia. With pathetic customer service and a careless attitude, Airtel is walking the same path to downfall

    @airtelindia Very poor service. My brother was told he can reopen Airtel Payments Bank account from any store. Alaknanda store sent him to Lajpat Nagar office, where they asked money then said account cannot open due to system issue. Staff was rude. Please take action.

    @Manali864 @airtelindia Its very bad service with the airtel customer care.We have been waiting for our wifi relocation from past 10 days issue has not been solved.Every customer care will promise you saying it will be done in next hour or end of the day.But no one has come or responded @Airtel_Presence
