    I am living at Ground floor and also raised my concern few months back regarding your pathetic network and internet speed but @airtelindia behaving like deaf or it shows your overconfidence. Everytime you give assurance but no action on this issue.

    Hi @airtelindia Your pathetic network haunts in the lockdown where we are supposed to work from home. Even after raising complaints, there is no solution. You charge rs 472 pm without giving the requisite service. Complaint - 31-2998998768878 @TRAI @jagograhakjago

    @rsprasad sir I m using @airtelindia xtream internet.& they are claiming highest internet speed company in the world. And she @RickshaRani @Sasha_Chettri is helping them. And this internet is worst I have ever used. Even with this internet sometime I m not able to load websites.

    Quite typical of @Airtel_Presence to make a billing error and then arbitrally close a support ticket without any resolution to the problem raised. Now I have to "raise an appeal" by calling another number. @airtelindia
