@prem_nath21 @airtelindia My suggestion.. plz hire a lawyer, prepare a legal notice, and Get some Airtel users in you neighborhood. Surely everyone is frustrated with @Airtel_Presence network problems. And take them to court. I'm going to do the same in Delhi NCR. Already contacted a lawyer...

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence waiting since March 2019 to resolve grievances of Network which on d visit of ur official on 15th Mar confrmd zero Network bt till today nt resolved nor compensated on Billing.Reserve right to Port to JIO whose Network is working absolutely fine

@vj_sparrow @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @reliancejio True... Their IVR is nightmare and it's so much time wasting... And they don't work on customer complaints... They are paying bribe to Ookla or Govt dept to show fake Reports of Fastest4G. Coz in not a single speed test. I got speed above 10mbps in any area in Delhi NCR.

@constipated_ind @airtelindia Kuch din Baad bheekh mangenge ye ya fir false charges se chori karenge . Customer account se, par improvement nahi karenge kuch. Because they lack teamwork and coordination. Their staff doesn't know consumer complaint history bcoz they don't share internally to work upon.

@airtelindia yesterday i opted for new fiber net connect, where they made to pay for 6 months, once payment is done, representative stopped responding. today when i called customer care, team leader VENU responds back saying it will be done in 24 working hrs and not 24 hrs.
