    @airtelindia Airtel black is one of the biggest scam by Airtel India...they said you will get a relationship manager , but they won't call you back for days. Plus they are extremely rude, doesn't know anything about issues and resolutions.

    Hi Airtel, when I initially checked my device readiness, Priority Postpaid was enabled on my Airtel postpaid number. However, after checking again, it's now showing "Phone not ready" and says my device doesn't support the required software. I'm using a Google Pixel 7 running the latest Android 16, and 5G SA/Network Slicing are already enabled on my number. Could you please clarify why this status has changed and help resolve the issue? @airtelindia @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence

    @Airtel_Presence you gotta fix your customer service they just response with the same thing that we are trying and trying but ain't able to fix the issue and try to send a proper Engineer for the visit it's been 4 days straight now with no internet connection @airtelindia

    @airtelindia, there are two issues with the Airtel Business account. Once the service is suspended due to non payment of the bill on time, you need another internet service to make the payment. At least Airtel website should be allowed to use.

    @airtelindia Internet outage in Rohini, Delhi since yesterday 12 PM. Nearly 24 hours with no service, no real update, and no accountability. Multiple restoration promises have come and gone. Your chatbot only says "we recognize the inconvenience" i lose an entire working day.

    @Airtel_Presence The Chat module in the Airtel app doesn’t allow a customer to write about any subject not listed in the limited menu options. Ridiculous!! Or maybe an intelligent way of ensuring that the customer finds it difficult to reach Airtel Customer Service @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia I am post paid user of @airtelindia. I replaced old sim with new one due to network issue. Since yesterday I am unable to receive OTP/SMS and unable to send sms to any number. Kindly look into this and resolved the issue so that can use sms services. #airtel

    @manujosephsan @airtelindia It’s amazing how they have the most ‘intelligent’ bots & field technicians. I had the worst experience trying to upgrade my speed. The technician in Noida was unavailable & rude. I raised complaint but no response to that complaint.
