    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Today in deciding to port my 10 airtel number after the worst customer service. Before resolving the complaint the customer person wants to close it. They even don't know how to talk with customers, call drop n no Internet.

    @idea4G=1G. @idea_cares cheating customers. It's data speed is very slow. Intentionally they are reducing the speed of internet. @TRAI has to look into this issue. @Idea must compare their speed with @jio and @airtelindia, whose data speed is far better.

    @airtelindia i m registering a complaint for my wifi almost twice a week & each time told engineer vl visit. But... 2 days my wifi works & then it rests. biggest operator is the biggest problem. in future i vl have to hire person just to register a complaint to Airtel daily!

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews is it normal that existing users, if they want to upgrade for better service, have to apply for disconnection first and then reapply for a new one, if that's the case I would go for any other ISP provider in my area. 3

    @airtelindia seriously what kind of Internet do you provide . Frequent disconnections.Not able to join Teams calls . I have purchased a 100Mbps plan and the speed i get is just 40. After raising multiple tickets from the past 10 days today an engineer comes home he says sir we have done backend configuration and now in my mobile it's showing 100 mbps . I am trying to tell him the issue is still there and it's the same with my devices he never listens to . It's showing 100 on my phone and he just leaves . I call his manager to complain about the same and he is next level . He gives a reply saying technician mobile shows 100 mbps issue resolved. What kind of people you hire as managers and engineers

    @airtelindia I’m unable to change the plan on two different connections. It has been 2 days, and despite contacting support multiple times, the issue is still not resolved. I’m only being told “we are working on it,” but no actual solution has been provided.
