@airtelindia #frustration is what you get from Airtel. They don’t know the issue, don’t try to do a root cause, and keep giving you a new timeline. Payment is not updated in their record despite giving one year advance, they curtail the services on their own.

@airtelindia brought #airtelXstream fiber for broadband and DTH and screwed my happiness. DTH is not at all functioning with TV. Calling CX they are concerned till only issuing the connection and the service engineer is clueless on problem. Pathetic
