    @airtelindia I booked xtreme fiber on 17th Oct. 2022 , i submit my all document ur customer service executive "Ketan" They Called me "sir aaj shyam tak aapka net lag jaega " then i called on 19th Oct they they said "sir aaj lag jaega " now is 20th oct i called her and (1/2)

    If there is voting for Telecom company with worst customer service it will be @airtelindia without any doubt. They give fake engineer details, will send msgs of rescheduling on customer name even though custome is not requesting. Total fraud practice

    @_defc0n_ @geekyranjit @airtelindia VoNR is for SA 5G network and VoLTE for NSA 5G network. As of now, only Jio is capable of providing VoNR in India.

    Worst service by @airtelindia.We Got a @Airtelblack plan and the wifi connection was done the very next day and since then we have been trying to call the sales representative who ghosted us completely.Calling the customer care they are saying the technician will come. No DTH

    @airtelindia network issue raised 3 days before in New Palam Vihar GGN but i still receive that it will take 15 days to get resolution or a single call back discussing the issue details. **15days is a huge timeline** for waiting to get internet working!!

    @airtelindia Now airtel means telling in air, miles away from network. Fail in providing 4g and 5g network. They close the complaints without proper resolution and use to say that happy to help you. Facing third class quality network.

    I just ported from Vi to airtel and there is No data coverage at all . Internet is not working at all, poor services as option of customer service number 121 to talk to an executive is also removed. Unhappy with the services. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia @AdobeExpress Bogus service by airtel, my wifi stop working from last 5 days. I m trying to connect to airtel, but doesn’t connect. I talk to local centre they said you have to raise complaint vis airtel thanks app. Also done all the things but still doesn’t resolve my problem.

The April 12 ₹39 recharge (via retailer) appears post-issue—check Airtel Thanks app for exact data balance/validity. Try these steps: - Dial *121# or *121*1# for balance. - Use app chat/support or tweet Airtel_Presence with txn ID. - If no response, escalate via TRAI app (tariff complaint) or consumerforum. I'll flag this for awareness—hope resolved soon.

    Airtel fiber internet services have degraded with time. I switched to another service in Rahatani. Now Runal Gateway Kiwale customers are furious and soon all your customers will switch. The same problem is with the mobile network. Take action @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia
