@airtelindia Such a stupid expereince with Airtel. They unable to provide me the GST bill for Recaharges done 1 month back due to software issues. @GST_Council @FinMinIndia We nd some policy whr evry cmpny shld automatically shr GST bill. Despite many req they are not doing.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Since last 2 weeks i am following to get my tax invoice for my recharges. The Airtel app have bugs and generating wrong dates invoice. I tried reaching customer care but chat bot was designed in such a way where customer suffers.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence why is it so tedious to reach out to a customer care executive to talk & sort the issue. I have recently moved from Airtel Postpaid to Airtel Prepaid & there is no way to reach any support guys on 121/198 on how to enable basic International Roaming
