    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Hi Airtel , kindly help. My father went to the Airtel store who is in home town Kanpur (UP), He has an Airtel Postpaid number. He was facing network issues. But instead of supporting him with a new sim card , your store deactivated his number.

Have raised the complaint multiple times but no action was taken to resolve the network issue.If my parents wants to call someone first they have to go to terrace so that their call could go through & they can get the network. It’s the situation in NCR.
