@idea4G=1G. @idea_cares cheating customers. It's data speed is very slow. Intentionally they are reducing the speed of internet. @TRAI has to look into this issue. @Idea must compare their speed with @jio and @airtelindia, whose data speed is far better.

@airtelindia i have raised atleast 15 requests for a plan change of broadband on the airtel thanks app. Plan has still not been changed nor have i received any request number via sms.There is no way to reach out to customer service on IVR. Is this a joke of your reliable service
