Despite 100s of calls to the customer care and assurance received yesterday that it wont happen, @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence has still auto-renewed my Amazon Prime subscription. This is surely been done on purpose to loot the customers. Please avoid using airtel guys. #airtel

I just ported from Vi to airtel and there is No data coverage at all . Internet is not working at all, poor services as option of customer service number 121 to talk to an executive is also removed. Unhappy with the services. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

@airtelindia network issue raised 3 days before in New Palam Vihar GGN but i still receive that it will take 15 days to get resolution or a single call back discussing the issue details. **15days is a huge timeline** for waiting to get internet working!!

Have raised the complaint multiple times but no action was taken to resolve the network issue.If my parents wants to call someone first they have to go to terrace so that their call could go through & they can get the network. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia what a horrible service? Inspite of repeated commitment, they could not shift the Broadband connection yet. Though this shifting does comes at cost of Rs 300/-. I donno how long I hv to wait. Oh..I forgot..I am a platinum customer.
