We are replacing robots with humans @airtelindia ! Awesome training, they don't even utter a single diff word than "I can understand your issue, but our server got down, please call after 6 hours", even you say I want to have Pani Puri ,you get same response "I can understand.!

@airtelindia First of all Take a pledge that you'll never charge extra for free calls because all the operators do the same thing by lookin their competitor and improve your network in Delhi, you cant able to provide full network in the capital what are you doing then. ur speed-150kb/s avg
