    Worst service by @airtelindia.We Got a @Airtelblack plan and the wifi connection was done the very next day and since then we have been trying to call the sales representative who ghosted us completely.Calling the customer care they are saying the technician will come. No DTH

    @airtelindia @DoT_India Pathetic network service. Have raised the complaint multiple times but no action was taken to resolve the network issue.If my parents wants to call someone first they have to go to terrace so that their call could go through & they can get the network. It’s the situation in NCR.

    @airtelindia is one of the worst service provider. Always making false commitment at initial stage & then ready with never ending excuses. Their staff don’t want to work for single second. I’m associated with Airtel from 2007 but now I have decided to move on. @Airtel_Presence

    @_defc0n_ @geekyranjit @airtelindia VoNR is for SA 5G network and VoLTE for NSA 5G network. As of now, only Jio is capable of providing VoNR in India.

    @Airtel_Presence I NEED A REFUND! My neighbor who's paying 799 plan, got the new black box of #airtel while we are paying 999 plan, & we were given the old white router box that doesn't work & has signal issues. This is how incompetent #Airtelindia is. No internet till now.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Day 5 of Airtel, a telecom Co (how ironic) failed to call me back after asking for a convenient time to discuss their failure to provide a basic service like incoming calls for 20+ months. I guess this is what they call "Airtel Priority" 🙄

    @airtelindia @airtelnews I'm using Airtel postpaid SIM, but for the past few days I have not been able to use the Airtel internet service. I have raised several complaints, but the issue has still not been resolved. Because of this, I have been forced to use a new Jio SIM.
