    @airtelindia I have switched to Airtel from my long team service of Vodafone and seems it is not worth. I am facing big issue with the network and calls are getting failed and not able to hear clear voice of other caller and this issue is coming every where specially in Gurgaon

    @airtelindia you really need to look into your broadband modems. I always face issues connecting my Apple devices. The technician comes changes the setting and it works for few days. Post that it is back to square one. Really disappointing

    @Airtel_Presence you have been the worst operator and even poorer in customer service. I have registered several complaints on 121 regarding mobile data not working from last 15 days but they have been sleeping over dead towers. Shame on you @airtelindia

    @airtelindia why do you ask for Ids as proof while purchasing sim card? Digitization staff use own imagination to record name of customer. The no I have for 12yrs has some random name recorded and now service centre cant port. Can u prove existence of that random name? @TRAI
