    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews worst customer service. I am already using 100m fiber and requested an upgrade to 200m on 6th dec but till date it has not been upgraded. Spoke with 7 different manager/supervisor who promised upgrade in 24hrs everytime but no result

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia your customer service really sucks . A complaint was raised long back ago regarding network issue but there has been no follow up no resolution but who cares. Your work is only to charge for the pathetic and stinking service which you are providing.

    @airtelindia airtel black is an extremely bad product. I am unable to add Xstream. Unable to disconnect my old broadband connection. Unnecessary bills are getting generated.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence it's shows how non customer centric you are. Post several complain at customer care and post my tweets still no one bother to help. I decided to Quite Airtel with 2 Postpaid and 1 Prepaid connection after AON of 15 years. Thanks for Bad service

    @airtelindia I am using airtel for 1 year in maharastra it's working very nice but when I came to my village it's net is not working properly as range is full and showing LTE. I hope you will fix it as soon as possible.

    Dear @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence if you can't provide the proper voice call, data services then pls sell your stake to reliance r etc..Do you think people don't have the choice or it's not fair to expect right service from you? How long to tolerate for your worst service.
