    @airtelindia @DoT_India Pathetic network service. Have raised the complaint multiple times but no action was taken to resolve the network issue.If my parents wants to call someone first they have to go to terrace so that their call could go through & they can get the network. It’s the situation in NCR.

    @airtelindia Please improve your customer service and also the employees hired by you in customer service. I have a bad experience regarding installation of new connection Mr Chandan Srivastava in sales gave me false commitments and now he is not picking up my phone and whatsapp. kindly help

    @airtelindia is one of the worst service provider. Always making false commitment at initial stage & then ready with never ending excuses. Their staff don’t want to work for single second. I’m associated with Airtel from 2007 but now I have decided to move on. @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence My internet is down since 24 hours. There is no way to communicate to customer care and the chat bot is useless. There is no communication on the problem or eta on solution. Local area internet provider is working fine. Cheap service.

    @airtelindia your black WiFi is not currently working and Airtel app does not have any option get connected to customer care. An AI chat bot is just sending automated messages saying some problem in your locality and will be solved in 5-6 hours.
