    @airtelindia Guys why did u bid for 5G when u can't handle 4G and ur broadband ??? Pathetic service all across from the country's largest Telecom Company. Out of 7 days in a week 4 days broadband doesn't work. Wake and Shake urself up or **** down this Sham. Phew !!!

    @airtelindia network issue raised 3 days before in New Palam Vihar GGN but i still receive that it will take 15 days to get resolution or a single call back discussing the issue details. **15days is a huge timeline** for waiting to get internet working!!

    @airtelindia Yesterday, My SIM has stopped working. Today morning, change the SIM with cost to Rs. 50. But till now SIM is not activated for my M#9910106488. I am giving rental to every month then why I have to pay the cost to new SIM. Airtel become poor service provider.

    I am literally fed up with you idiotic and unprofessional customer support. I am complaining from 3rd December that my @airtelindia postpaid internet is not working. This is really frustrating as a postpaid user as you advertise for priority support. @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia I booked xtreme fiber on 17th Oct. 2022 , i submit my all document ur customer service executive "Ketan" They Called me "sir aaj shyam tak aapka net lag jaega " then i called on 19th Oct they they said "sir aaj lag jaega " now is 20th oct i called her and (1/2)

    Stayed home and wasted 2 full days because of repeated false commitments from Airtel customer care. Pathetic service & zero accountability after payment is collected. Would honestly recommend Jio over Airtel, at least Jio completes installations the same day. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Wrong recharge done. Refund request blocked with false “MNP request exists” error though no MNP is active. Calling customer care since May 13 but only IVR, no executive support.

    @airtelindia Respected Sir/Madam, We are happy to inform you that an Airtel tower has been installed in  Hathyadka   village, Dakshina Kannada District. Karnataka. The people of our village are very thankful to Airtel for taking this initiative to improve communication facilities in our area. However, the tower installation work appears incomplete, and the network services have not yet been activated. Due to the lack of proper mobile network and internet connectivity, residents face difficulties in communication and online services. Therefore, we kindly request you to complete the remaining installation procedures and activate the network services as soon as possible. We also request you to consider installing and enabling 5G equipment and services instead of 4G, which would greatly benefit the villagers with faster and better connectivity for future needs. We hope Airtel will take necessary action at the earliest and provide uninterrupted network coverage to our village. Tower site photo attached. Eagerly awaiting the network. Thanking you.
