    @airtelindia trying to shift an e-sim from 1 device to another has left me without network for the last 4 hrs. Customer care says I’ve to go to a store. You want me to be without network for 12 hrs plus & go to a store. While Delhi is registering Covid cases all over. Really?!?

    @airtelindia Iam 16 yrs old customer, my broadband transfer request frm last Saturday is not attended by anyone, fed up with multiple calling to customer care. No respect to TAT. Not sure if it's the same Airtel? Time to move on to another service provider.
