Using @airtelindia broadband for last 12 years almost. Had a network problem hence raised the complain. Due to arrogant customer care, i decided to disconnect the connection. Now it’s been 10 days, broadband and landline still working. Sent an email last week but no response.

@Airtel_Presence Basically after the above reply there is a test of customers patience, because @airtelindia never replies, and you as a customer have to wait indefinitely. They have a nonresponsive team.

@idea4G=1G. @idea_cares cheating customers. It's data speed is very slow. Intentionally they are reducing the speed of internet. @TRAI has to look into this issue. @Idea must compare their speed with @jio and @airtelindia, whose data speed is far better.
