    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews Please note that your 4G network in Gurugram District Court area is terrible. Works at a crawling speed much less than even 2G. Makes a lot of people think about changing service providers because of sheer frustration. Take urgent notice.

    @airtelindia your customer care interface is really not good. I want to change the billing date from 12 of each month to 30 of each month. But I don't know how to do that. Raised a couple of service requests too but nobody contacted me me so far.

    1/2 @airtelindia ..It's been more than 36 hours since my broadband services have been disrupted. Tried immensely to lodge a complaint on Airtel App ,198 and 121. Just one word simply foolish system. @airtelindia has created such dumb platform where you keep talking to machines

    @airtelnews @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Very disappointed with Airtel's network service. There is no 2G network available on my keypad phone, even though I am only about 500 meters away from an Airtel tower. Basic voice connectivity is affected, which is unacceptable.

    @Airtel_Presence @MWarule90263 Got a static IP from @airtelindia but your remote engineer didn't know how to set up port forwarding and just closed the ticket multiple times without calling me. Highly unprofessional. Every time customer told me just one last sir...we will resolve it.
