    worst customer care everytime I try connect to customer support... I've been customer for 10 years but now I'm going to switch to some other service provider...not because your service extremely poor in lockdown but because your service was poor even before lockdown @airtelindia

    @Airtel_Presence @DoT_India @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia is the worst service provider you will ever find in India!! Their app doesn’t work, their customer service is horrible. I promise you come 4th May I will throw out every airtel product, be it mob fixed line or DTH!!

    @DelhiPolice @DCPWestDelhi Sir, I have been updated by @airtelindia that Guruharkishan Nagar RWA is not allowing them to come inside to repair broadband server located there. There is an internet outage in GH13 locality which can be rectified there only. Please help.

    @Airtel_Presence What a pathetic service, firstly I am being told that the charges that I disputing are not correct and while checking on the call when I was found correct the agent disconnected the call. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AIRTEL. Keep up the good work @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @TRAI @airtelindia Wow! Airtel, you guys are now forcing customers to recharge with min. rs.129 to use SMS service.. how can a person can his add his bank a/c on UPI apps if he recharges with rs.49.. if TRAI know this, then its a great shame in a country where is UPI is now basic
