@JioCare None of customer service channels are working. Chat , Voice - both channels do not have any agent rep available. #poorcustomerservice it’s been less than months and this is I believe 3rd or 4th that this has happened. WiFi not working. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

@airtelindia i have raised atleast 15 requests for a plan change of broadband on the airtel thanks app. Plan has still not been changed nor have i received any request number via sms.There is no way to reach out to customer service on IVR. Is this a joke of your reliable service

@airtelindia Constant link drops with 01193993318_dsl connection. Since April, every month the link drops post the 20th. The local team is not helpful and is only concerned with the “happy code”. They close the complaint without resolving the issue. Same story for May and June.
