    Guys if you thought sarkari banks were the worst in customer service..... You should try Airtel sometime... They will frustrate you to a limit when.... You will start appreciating sarkari banks. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    1/2 @airtelindia ..It's been more than 36 hours since my broadband services have been disrupted. Tried immensely to lodge a complaint on Airtel App ,198 and 121. Just one word simply foolish system. @airtelindia has created such dumb platform where you keep talking to machines

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews I filed a complaint on Friday for the broadband and they promised that it will be fixed by 7 pm, it’s Sunday now, there is no callback or follow up NEVER TAKE THE AIRTEL SERVICES IT SUCKS!!

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence hey , i have applied prepaid to postpaid connection in airtel app and there you show within 24hrs sim will be activated, but its been 10 days my sim is not upgraded to postpaid, disappointed , kindly look into the matter , i call customer care daily

    @airtelindia is become a WORST wifi service provider.. Their service is down two to three times a week. It's not working just two days ago, I paid a bill of Rs. 1013 and the internet has been down since yesterday. Today I will change service provider. @reliancejio @airtelnews

    @airtelindia This issue is still not resolved. My 5G unlimited data isn’t working, only my daily 2GB is being used, and the network is stuck on 5G. This is seriously affecting my work. If this isn’t fixed immediately, I will port my number to Jio. @Airtel_Presence
