    @Airtel_Presence Done. Same result. App is not working. Instead of assuming fault is at #customer's end you might want to check if your systems are working properly. I installed @airtelindia #app on two other mobile phones in my household with same result.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I want my prepaid no. port from @idea but airtel centre at North -Ex Mall Near Kadambri Cghs, Sector 9, Rohini, Delhi are asking to port to postpaid rather than prepaid. Pathetic customer support.

    @airtelindia Worst customer support and worst network operator. Have been facing problem of connectivity from about a month and complained on the customer care number, nodal officer and airtel thankless app. Still issue is not resolved in about a month. Wasted my money on Airtel.
