    @airtelindia hello team I have plans for a few days business trip to Karnal city of Haryana. I have heard that mobile internet service is down till 5 February by Haryana government. I have corporate Airtel dongle (Delhi NCR), plz tell me that my Airtel Dongle will work or not?.

    @airtelindia I have raised so many queries on my fast tag purchase on 5th Jan 2020. Neither it was confirmed that fast tag would be delivered nor my order was cancelled. I had a worst experience with airtel customer care this time.

    @airtelindia Glad to hear that you're rolling out 5g services in India. However, to be the best, you need to work very hard on your customer service. Your representatives lack professionalism, courtesy, proper training & zeal to help. You should revamp the entire process, though outsourced.

    @airtelindia #airtelcustomerservice SR No. 10070697487 & 10073102624 cld w/o res in 15 days. They have cld these on pretext -unable to reach me. Mobile, Internet & DTH subscribed thru Airtel. On average get 2 promo calls a day, yet your service team is unable to reach me.
