    @Airtel_Presence I think I need 1-2-1 talk with local engineer or atleast a call from customer care . It’s more than 4 months that I have been asking for moving my connection from one room to other .. it seems @airtelindia is not interested in solving . Ur IVR is pathetic

    @Airtel_Presence called ur engineer but he disconnected the calls after saying that he doesn’t have the mandate. How did @airtelindia gets mandate to make its customer suffer why is that we are being made to pay bills and not get customer support. Why is it can somebody answer

    Escalated the issue to Airtel appellate that the online payment goes in someone else account and provided 8 case id that was closed without solution in 1 month Response: Your case has been closed. Now I understand why Airtel is so pathetic @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence One of the worst network and lowest data speed. All such claims of indoor coverage is baseless. 8802535303. Voice quality is poorest and breaks abruptly. Better you people work on improving infrastructure.

    @airtelindia Trying since June 2020 but nobody from Airtel is interested in installing broadband connection at Prem Nagar near Shakti Nagar Delhi 110007. Executives calling and disconnecting calls in the middle without any reason. Very bad indeed.

    @airtelindia thanks for worst service for xtreme wifi line Called 50 times from yesterday to care but every time fake commitments. Called area supervisor, he said do whatever u want we will fix ur issue when we find time. Already dm info. But i knw no action will be taken

    @airtelindia I have no broadband internet since yesterday. The LOS signal shows a blinking red light. I raised a service request on the app, however, the engineer didn’t reach out yet. I called him again minutes ago, still no response. My work’s affected due to this.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia What is happening? Why is the broadband service shut? The engineer not picking up calls? Monotonous messages on the customer service number. I’ve sent DMs to you, but still no response. I am working from home and my work’s affected so bad. Fix it !
