    @airtelindia your customer care interface is really not good. I want to change the billing date from 12 of each month to 30 of each month. But I don't know how to do that. Raised a couple of service requests too but nobody contacted me me so far.

    @airtelindia @DoT_India Pathetic network service. Have raised the complaint multiple times but no action was taken to resolve the network issue.If my parents wants to call someone first they have to go to terrace so that their call could go through & they can get the network. It’s the situation in NCR.

    @airtelindia Unhappy for the service and fluctuating network in Delhi NCR. Ur 5G connectivity is terrible. I would rather not get excited about 5G as it is barely there. The 4G network also goes off due to this disruption. U r killing the 4G users too.

    @airtelindia Poor service. Booked broadband and dth installation today. Order number 1-H5FJXAC. Vinay who is responsible for installation have defaulted his committment twice today and now stopped answering calls. He can be reached at 9289362688. Can someone pl look into this

    @Airtel_Presence Since 17th May, I am following up for one simple shifting of wifi. This is the worst network and pathetic customer care. Sales people make customers fool and technician/engineer keeps their phone switch off. Cancelling my wifi, will be porting my Postpaid too. Enjoy @airtelindia

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia has the worst customer service and experience. Sirf paise khaane ko aata hai. Since years complained about multiple numbers and air fiber at one location toh lollipop de rahe hai sim nikalo yeh karo woh karo. WTH. Bevakoof samajh ke rajhe hai.

    @airtelindia As we discussed during today’s call, the number you mentioned in the DM is incorrect. I added that number myself. The other number I mentioned in the DM multiple times and discussed in the call is the one I’m currently facing an issue with and haven’t added to the family plan yet. I’m not sure why it’s taking so long for this issue to be resolved.
