    @airtelindia Unhappy for the service and fluctuating network in Delhi NCR. Ur 5G connectivity is terrible. I would rather not get excited about 5G as it is barely there. The 4G network also goes off due to this disruption. U r killing the 4G users too.

    @Giza8774 @ViCustomerCare @airtelindia Argh! In 2004-5, I was Vodafone’s 2nd highest NCR customer in terms of billing, after a popular news anchor then with NDTV. And according to them, I’m still a “VIP customer”. Sad how the brand just died. Even when I handled the Airtel account in 2012-14, I retained their no.

    @airtelindia your customer care interface is really not good. I want to change the billing date from 12 of each month to 30 of each month. But I don't know how to do that. Raised a couple of service requests too but nobody contacted me me so far.

    1/2 @airtelindia ..It's been more than 36 hours since my broadband services have been disrupted. Tried immensely to lodge a complaint on Airtel App ,198 and 121. Just one word simply foolish system. @airtelindia has created such dumb platform where you keep talking to machines

    @airtelindia Yesterday, My SIM has stopped working. Today morning, change the SIM with cost to Rs. 50. But till now SIM is not activated for my M#9910106488. I am giving rental to every month then why I have to pay the cost to new SIM. Airtel become poor service provider.

    @airtelindia Now airtel means telling in air, miles away from network. Fail in providing 4g and 5g network. They close the complaints without proper resolution and use to say that happy to help you. Facing third class quality network.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews I filed a complaint on Friday for the broadband and they promised that it will be fixed by 7 pm, it’s Sunday now, there is no callback or follow up NEVER TAKE THE AIRTEL SERVICES IT SUCKS!!

    @airtelindia Urgent Escalation My number got stopped working at 11 am then went to airtel center they took 3 hours to provide number also changed to postpaid and then said it will work after 2 hours still my number is not activated And STILL NOT WORKING MY ALL WORK IS ON HOLD
