    @airtelindia Guys why did u bid for 5G when u can't handle 4G and ur broadband ??? Pathetic service all across from the country's largest Telecom Company. Out of 7 days in a week 4 days broadband doesn't work. Wake and Shake urself up or **** down this Sham. Phew !!!

    @airtelindia store charge rs 300 for new sim and zero for home delivery. Don’t know about this logic. Store manager said that its our service charge or 265+35 service charge.👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

    @airtelindia I booked xtreme fiber on 17th Oct. 2022 , i submit my all document ur customer service executive "Ketan" They Called me "sir aaj shyam tak aapka net lag jaega " then i called on 19th Oct they they said "sir aaj lag jaega " now is 20th oct i called her and (1/2)

    1/2 @airtelindia ..It's been more than 36 hours since my broadband services have been disrupted. Tried immensely to lodge a complaint on Airtel App ,198 and 121. Just one word simply foolish system. @airtelindia has created such dumb platform where you keep talking to machines

    If there is voting for Telecom company with worst customer service it will be @airtelindia without any doubt. They give fake engineer details, will send msgs of rescheduling on customer name even though custome is not requesting. Total fraud practice

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews I filed a complaint on Friday for the broadband and they promised that it will be fixed by 7 pm, it’s Sunday now, there is no callback or follow up NEVER TAKE THE AIRTEL SERVICES IT SUCKS!!

    @anilca95 @airtelindia The best solution to all your problems is to change the vendor. Airtel to Jio. Airtel services going down in MV Phase1 area and Engineers also avoid having service requests.

    @airtelindia Rechrged with 598 plan and I am yet to receive any OTT benefits as promised - Netflix, Hotstar, Xtsream premium etc. Why such pathetic service that I need to tweet to get the job done which should have been done automatically?
