    Despite 100s of calls to the customer care and assurance received yesterday that it wont happen, @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence has still auto-renewed my Amazon Prime subscription. This is surely been done on purpose to loot the customers. Please avoid using airtel guys. #airtel

    @airtelindia is having worst Internet in India specially when you need it most. I don’t know how they claim themselves to be fastest 4G network in India and the best part is you cannot complaint on phone to customer care #worstservice #slowinternet

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Sorry to put on record that in one way you are moving towards a 5GB network and on another end leaving behind unsatisfied customers. In the last two weeks, almost 4 days in a week time, "Xstream Fibre" network is down and no one is their to address.

    @airtelindia my Fiber Xtreme account is inactive because my due balance is: -1,215/- ... You have made my account inactive because I paid more? Can it be more stupid than that? No response on call, no option to raise a complaint on chat. Can you please resolve it ASAP!!??

    I want my money back ASAP now I don’t want your connection. Shame on you @airtelindia @VittalGopal this is not the service we are expecting from country second biggest telco company. If you are given such service the day is not far you will be last in the race.

    @airtelindia No point in just keep on launching plans / packages etc. Over Cost reduction is a Curse in Telecom. Airtel has gone to extreme. Offer Good Quality Broadband Modem and Cables first to support high quality signals that don't break or pulse doesn't goes down.Continuous!

    @airtelindia Requested for new connection of fiber broadband and DTH. Have done payment of 5 months in advance 1 and a half hour ago with KYC. Still no one called or came for installation till now. Is this how you people treat your priority customers of Airtel Black..?

    @airtelindia there is no broadband internet from past 2 days in Hyderabad. All I get is a system generated message saying issue will be resolved in 3 hours. So far 40 hours passed and nothing got resolved. Pathetic.
