In the last two weeks, almost 4 days in a week time, "Xstream Fibre" network is down and no one is their to address.

Another Level Head (@head_another) reported@airtelindia there is no broadband internet from past 2 days in Hyderabad. All I get is a system generated message saying issue will be resolved in 3 hours. So far 40 hours passed and nothing got resolved. Pathetic.
