The network keeps switching between 5G & 4G and it's so frequent that any apps like UPI, Banks and for that matter Airtel Thanks freezes. Voice call drops or disruption too is ALWAYS ON. Have raised the complaint multiple times but no action was taken to resolve the network issue.If my parents wants to call someone first they have to go to terrace so that their call could go through & they can get the network.
