    @airtelindia @jagograhakjago Each separation attempt required selecting a ₹449 postpaid plan, resulting in 3 billing requests being generated for the same number due to Airtel's failure to process the original request. This is now both a service and billing issue.

    @airtelindia Now when I asked them to cancel my connection of Airtel fibre, they are saying since your shifting request is live we cannot do. So I request to cancel my shifting request along with Airtel fibre connection. Pathetic service. During new connection they instal in 2hr.

    @divya_gandotra That is the sheer useless, all the emergency numbers, if you recharge yearly plan from @airtelindia all those numbers will say "number you have dialed is incorrect" then same goes for toll-free number. But somehow @reliancejio seems to work.

    A friend raised a service request with @airtelindia to switch from postpaid to Prepaid. Request was raised with a service request number and a resolution time of 48 hours. In those 48 hours, Airtel made probably 50+ calls to the customer and then cancelled the postpaid to prepaid request on its own. The kind of scams telcos like Airtel runs for postpaid customers is why customers have trust issues and people prefer prepaid. Not to forget the efforts customer will have to take to switch back to Prepaid by visiting their gallery and harassment with over 50+ calls by the company again. Terrible.

    @airtelindia it has been 3 days I lodged my request for shifting of broadband to another location within city. Daily on morning customer care is telling by evening it will be done and on evening they are saying on next day morning it will be done. Im frastatwd by service.
