    @airtelindia I must say you have pathetic network.I have complained many times that there is no network at my house and I have been using Airtel for last 9 to 10 years... No improvement and finally I am thinking to switch to some other network as you guys are useless

    @airtelindia My Airtel Xtream broadband has been off for now almost 20 hours and whenever I go and report a complaint it just increases the time to next 3 hours. I have not paid for this kind of pathetic service.

    You should have provided the close connection service separately for one who needs to close it. I raised requests but they are not closing the connection. It's going on postpaid on its own which I am not going to pay for. @airtelindia you can't close it i am not paying for it.
