    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I'm frustrated by services provide by You. First of all the Fibre Internet is not working from 1 week and no point of contact is available even Cx care also not responds only I'm waiting on IVR. I was told to pay 2300 for net but billed for 2828

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence As per your system and CCE, The missed call Alert service is Activated but whenever I am not in network or the phone remains switched off & someone calls me on that time, I don’t receive the info sms when I come back to network or switch the phone on

They raise individual complaint & close it after few days. No mode 4 raising complaint for whole society.
