    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I started my connection on 02.04.2023 and get it disconnected on 06.04.2023 due to worst internet service, as per your sale executive setu Anand told that the ₹1500 is refundable but your customer executive told it's not , they are giving false and misleading information to me

    @reliancejio @airtelindia Hi..your internet and Call networks are very poor ( B-76 Rama Park Uttam Nagar New Delhi 110059) since a long time. Many time I raised a complaint,but no profitable outcomes. Many times you are preparing Teams for the visit only.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Today in deciding to port my 10 airtel number after the worst customer service. Before resolving the complaint the customer person wants to close it. They even don't know how to talk with customers, call drop n no Internet.

    Airtel Postpaid SIM suddenly loses network connection, can't make call/use internet. This is second time I am facing this issue. Visiting airtel store, and staff asks for money for SIM replacement, which is in actual the fault of @airtelindia Worst telecom I ever used ! @TRAI

    Hey @Airtel_Presence , still waiting for my Wi-Fi installation (Request ID: 21-171752457569). Your technician missed the rescheduled appointment on June 12 and is completely unreachable now. Customer care promised it would be done yesterday, but nothing yet. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia Hi Airtel Team, despite having an Unlimited 5G plan, I have been unable to use Unlimited 5G for the past 10 days. Because of this issue, I had to do extra recharges. I'm disappointed with the service and am considering switching to Jio.

    I was charged ₹3,599 for a yearly plan with unlimited 5G data. The 5G icon is showing near the network signal, but I am not getting unlimited 5G data; instead, my data is being cut from the 2GB daily limit. Why is this happening? @airtelindia

    @airtelindia I’m trying to reset my Wi-Fi password via the Airtel Thanks app, but it forces a special character. My soundbar doesn’t support special characters in Wi-Fi passwords, so I can’t connect it. Could you please reset my password to one without special characters?
