    @airtelindia Airtel black is one of the biggest scam by Airtel India...they said you will get a relationship manager , but they won't call you back for days. Plus they are extremely rude, doesn't know anything about issues and resolutions.

    @airtelindia is giving false and misleading information to the customer, sale executive is telling one things and customer executive is telling the other, my money got stuck in between the contradictory policy, worst broadband connection, despite several mails no resolution

    @airtelindia in such a condition asking the account holder to be physically present in India to issue a new SIM is not acceptable. Request the concerned team to resolve this issue immediately and help my father to use his phone. Thank you

    @airtelindia @airtelindia Customers face instant late fees for payment delays: but when companies deliver poor service, they pay no penalty at all. If you expect us to pay on time, we expect you to deliver on your promises. Fairness should work both ways. More than 2weeks, facing issues.

    @airtelindia I am the account holder and currently in the US for a month. My father who is the primary user of the mobile number xxxxx xx416 is 86 years old. Suddenly the SIM is not working. Today mobile phone is the lifeline for many people with UPI payment, LPG booking etc
