    Hello can someone suggest how to make a consumer complaint against @airtelindia i have received one receipt of Rs. 2100 payment however I have no relationship with Airtel money. In the past as well I have complained and received written confirmation and assurance.

    @mohitoz @ViCustomerCare @airtelindia I almost did this last year. After 18 years they shut down my number temporarily due to KYC issues. Yes. They actually stopped service to my number for almost a week.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Paid advance for a new Airtel Fiber connection after being assured Fiber was available.After payment,I was informed Fiber is not feasible n was pushed towards AirFiber.I want the application cancelled n advance refunded.C Care has been unable to help

    @airtelindia @jagograhakjago I spoke with customer service again, and now they're saying the “unlimited” plan has a 300 GB limit. They only started reading the terms and conditions after the issue occurred. Nothing about this limit was disclosed when I purchased the plan.

    @airtelindia Team, Issue is pending for over 4 weeks. Since you have started these from Dec 2025 without me making any changes on my phone, you need to switch these off. Please resolve urgently & stop lying about it being a regulatory requirement. No one else gets these @airtelindia
