    Airtel before sales service is worst. I'm trying to connect Airtel executive through customer care number but no one is attending my call. I make 2 call they didn't answer my call and I wait for 20min. Over call but no one is attending. @airtelnews @airtelindia

    @airtelindia Airtel black is one of the biggest scam by Airtel India...they said you will get a relationship manager , but they won't call you back for days. Plus they are extremely rude, doesn't know anything about issues and resolutions.

    @Airtel_Presence your team not doingany work on my concern, repartly calling in customer care so they not give any solution, toady one of you customer executive told me that aap gye hai toh pay karne hoga in very rude manner. i never expected this type of service @airtelindia @Airtel

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Airtel is very bad operator, recharge is over on 14th February, call is not working, it is understandable but why my OTP is not coming. Jio is right, its recharge got finished 2 months ago, still call OTP comes. Jio 5G also runs unlimited.

    @airtelindia I have a sim used in my iPad and internet not working. I called your customer care, she said concern is raised and it will take 2 weeks to resolve!!!! Who trained these people to speak with ease, it will take 14 days to solve?? and you are competing in a highly digitised world. Don't you think 14 days is less?

    My Airtelno 7678406277 sim not working .when I go to Airtel store near durgapuri Delhi for sim change their behavior is very rude all staff not give proper reply and response and I told them my father not able to come I will provide I'd but they say no any solution @airtelindia

    @JioCare I'm old school. Integrity Loyalty matters. I stayed @airtelindia even when @reliancejio ambushed the 2 main operators customer base with free offers. I come with some attitude of a spoilt brat too. If you have the courage to match, only then touch me.

    @airtelindia @TRAI @Airtel_Presence got my e sim replaced to the physical sim from airtel store pocket h sarita vihar on 8 march 2023. Pathetic services my sim is showing network but i am unble to receive and make calls. Data not working . Unable to send and receive sms.

    @JioCare Sure i will be happy to use services. Provide me the best family plans with all the benefits and will share the porting code. As @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence are not able to solve my problem and charging bill is too high.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Why have you disabled the compliant registration in the Airtel app?.All one can do is have 'chat' with a worthless 'chatbot'!😡 Is this the way you treat longstanding customers! @DoT_India please look into this ..customer service is being offered ...just as an afterthought! (Compliant registration WAS present earlier in the app!)

    Perplexity has to be one of the worst AI apps I have ever used. I used Perplexity only once or twice. The responses were poor, so I never used it again. I had claimed the free Airtel subscription and never even added any billing details. When I saw the subscription still showing as active in the Airtel app, I contacted Airtel customer care to cancel it, but they said they couldn’t do it from their end. I had signed in using Apple ID, and surprisingly Perplexity has disabled login via mobile number. Their support was even worse. They kept sending verification codes just to confirm my email and check whether my account had an active subscription instead of resolving the issue. Since the subscription was shown as paused, I was worried Perplexity might still bill Airtel and Airtel could eventually pass the charge on to me. To avoid any risk, I added my card, cancelled the subscription, and immediately disabled international transactions. It now shows the plan will end on August 11 and I won’t be charged. To make matters worse, Perplexity doesn’t even allow you to remove your default payment method while a subscription is active. @airtelindia If you are offering free subscriptions in the future, please make sure customers have a simple and visible option to cancel them directly from the Airtel app. That would save everyone a lot of unnecessary frustration.

    @airtelindia I have changed my mobile 6 months back and was not able tonuse my subscription of perplexity pro for kast six months due to change in device. Now i am unabkebtk even login in perplexity, So how will Annual Perplexity subscription is due for renewal..... affect me ?.
