You want to say that, although there is a mistake by airtel side, at any cost only customer has to be suffer. Company will never bear not a single rupee. You not able to extend validity also when it is in the hands of airtel. Very very shameful. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

Incapable engineers and authorities. Only harassing people. Be careful to Airtel and they’re making fool to Indian government.
