    @airtelindia I've been trying to reach DTH issues from last 4 daya. The customer services really sucks. Just because of this, DTH services are now barred on my connection. Similar attitude from Airtel forced me to discontinue with ONE connection, couple of months back.

    Telecom services in Nagaland is not providing quality service to our people and the state. If such is the case ,state cabinet may take a decision soon in the matter. Therefore appropriate measures may be taken by the service providers at d earliest. @BSNLCorporate @airtelindia

    Have spoken with your support team in transferring my broadband connection and they suggested “move to Jio”. Funny thing, I have an active connection at home while your team says, we don’t cover your area. Great going @airtelindia Really happy to switch to @reliancejio
