@airtelindia Despite updating DTH packs, and paying for it, unable to watch qny channels. Customer care systems are either down, or busy to attend calls. What the hell am I supposed to do.. Keep paying for a blank screen. Sic!!

@PMOIndia @narendramodi even after multiple msgs to @TRAI ans @airtelindia no one is ready to provide solutions. Subscribers are paying foe 4G on 3G network that is also in worst condition. Why are we wasting tax payer money on @TRAI if cant see the problem with mobile users.

@airtelindia placed order for new broadband on Saturday and paid money via receipt CAF 11306983. Now team says connection not possible and we used to have Airtel broadband from past 10 years. Horrible experience.

I am ashamed to say that i an Airtel customer for 12+ year. First thing I am gonna do is to port as soon as I land in India .. being a top telecom company you don’t have minimum sense how to treat your customers ? Do you really need 1 month to get an alternate sim ? @airtelindia

Very unprofessional and disappointing behavior by @airtelindia broadband team. They called me various times for their broadband service. I was promised that installation would be done by today, so I paid ₹3560/ but unfortunately they neither installed and nor picking up calls.
