    @airtelindia Broadband Modem Shifting Comp No.10137732968 of 12 Feb 23 not resolved after 7 day Technician reported that Drilling Machine/Tools don’t provide by Airtel Co for fixing Nail on the by Drill machine as per customer request. Better out source this job to private vendor

    @TataPlayin hey Tata play, your (wi-fi) has no customer value or they are stubborn enough not to improve. In past 5 months I have made more than 20 complaints of frequent disconnection but completely failed to secure my trust in comparison to @airtelindia 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

    For DSL ID 013111219134_dsl, my Wi-Fi is not working again. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence This has become a recurring issue. Almost every month, I face the same problem 2–3 times. Please resolve this permanently instead of temporary fixes. It's really frustrating. 😑

    @TinyDhillon @airtelindia Most important don't mix mobile service with wifi. Better use wifi by independent wifi supplier like Excitel, No use limit of GB unlimited.

    @JioCare @airtelindia please teach or send somebody for complaint handling training at @JioCare they don’t know for what purpose SR was raised and telling me that appointment is scheduled. Rest all were assuring me for processing refund asap. This means it’s simply a revert and no action.

    @airtelbank @airtelindia @JoshiPralhad I have been receiving the same response for almost a month. My complaint was registered on 28 May 2026, but the issue is still unresolved.
