For the second time in a week my Airtel broadband connection has been dropped without prior notice. The issue was sorted last week after a trail of mails&calls from us and yours' end then why is such negligence. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @TRAI

@airtelindia You are fast becoming the worst network ever. Your customer experience has gone for a toss. Shitty domestic network and a bad IR experience with jacked up charges is now forcing me to switch network after 17 years. Really sad & disappointing.
