    @airtelindia Requested for new connection of fiber broadband and DTH. Have done payment of 5 months in advance 1 and a half hour ago with KYC. Still no one called or came for installation till now. Is this how you people treat your priority customers of Airtel Black..?

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Sorry to put on record that in one way you are moving towards a 5GB network and on another end leaving behind unsatisfied customers. In the last two weeks, almost 4 days in a week time, "Xstream Fibre" network is down and no one is their to address.

    @airtelindia My airtel wifi is not working since yesterday morning. It's been more than 24 hours. I have complained so many times. But in airtel still no engineer has come to fix my wi fi connection. Since yesterday I have made more than 10 calls in airtel.

    @airtelindia You are claiming that you are Indias no 1 network, but you are not. I port my number from Jio to Airtel but there is huge disappointment. No Airtel network at my native place, not a single bar at least to connect wifi calling. Thinking to port back to Jio.
