    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia my fixed line phone is out of order for 7 days and its in Nehru Place major business hub. This is my main number... everyday i have made a complaint to today or it is dead. Even 20 years back phones would be repaired in a day or 2.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Since last 2 weeks i am following to get my tax invoice for my recharges. The Airtel app have bugs and generating wrong dates invoice. I tried reaching customer care but chat bot was designed in such a way where customer suffers.

    I live very close to an Airtel tower, yet I still face this issue repeatedly. It interrupts my work and is honestly disappointing. I hope you'll look into this and fix it because I'd rather stay with Airtel than switch to another network. @airtelindia

    We faced a similar issue around 2 months ago, where @airtelindia took 9 days to solve the issue. That's just frustrating and pathetic service delivery. On top of that, there was no bill adjustment or service credit for the days when our broadband was unstable.

    @airtelindia Absolutely pathetic service from Airtel. Raised a broadband shifting request on 29/06, and as of 02/07 there's still no update. The Airtel Thanks app doesn't even let me cancel the request, and customer support has been completely useless, just scripted(1/2)
