@airtelindia I raised a service request more than 13 hours ago regarding my broadband not working. Got a time frame for the engineer to visit between 08:00-09:00 AM today but no one has visited yet. I WFH and this is imapcting my work.

@airtelindia Requested for new connection of fiber broadband and DTH. Have done payment of 5 months in advance 1 and a half hour ago with KYC. Still no one called or came for installation till now. Is this how you people treat your priority customers of Airtel Black..?

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Sorry to put on record that in one way you are moving towards a 5GB network and on another end leaving behind unsatisfied customers. In the last two weeks, almost 4 days in a week time, "Xstream Fibre" network is down and no one is their to address.

Despite of telling them thousand of time that I am not interested getting the calls again and again regarding the same. And getting the answer that tomorrow you won't get call from us. @TRAI should come up with some rule of ivr calls from telecom companies like i got calls from @airtelindia at 8.30am and @ACTFibernet at 9.30 if calls like these happens to every customer then what will be their mental status? Because now a days depression is hitting hard to every 1s in 5s. So some rules to be brought into consideration like how dubai has you cannot call random customers.
