And they don't work on customer complaints... They are paying bribe to Ookla or Govt dept to show fake Reports of Fastest4G. Coz in not a single speed test. I got speed above 10mbps in any area in Delhi NCR.

Being a postpaid user with Airtel . I am facing too many problems. For which I'm too porting out of it. So I would suggest you, don't waste your time with Airtel.

Customer account se, par improvement nahi karenge kuch. Because they lack teamwork and coordination. Their staff doesn't know consumer complaint history bcoz they don't share internally to work upon.
