    @airtelindia i want to change by bill plan 01187528345_dsl . Tried doing that on App got a message contact customer care. Called customer care, IVR asked me to do it on APP.

    @airtelindia why doesn’t your broadband network work ever? I filed a complaint two days ago; the engineer came home, checked and it worked for couple of hours. After that, it’s not working again. This incompetency od Airtel is encouraging me to move to other network.

    @airtelindia can you let me know who is the point of contact for escalation for the fiber connection in Delhi. The worst service and the people are not responding once they take the money.

    @airtelindia @airtelindia my net is running slow and today 6th of aug, i got a message that i consumed 100 percent of my monthly data. How it can be possible, in 6 days my 105 GB completed. Is airtel customer serv department closed permanently. Please call me someone... 🙏🙏🙏🙏

    @airtelindia I’m looking for a PUK code and the thanks app never helps, also im calling 121 consistently but no aign of PUK in the IVR also IVR lady never says press this or that to talk to a customer service agent/operator

    @airtelindia Not able to do that as my networks are in worst condition and your service centre is not working in that from past 6 months. WiFi Ka sahara hai bas !

    @airtelindia Years of complaining about horrible network in Vasant Kunj area, there has been absolutely no resolution on this from airtel. So many emails written, but airtel still calls on mobile and later states that we couldn't reach out.

    Dear @airtelindia why do you sell plans when you can justify the same! I am using your platinum plan !! Never getting wifi speed ! Never getting mobile internet speed ! Kindly deliver atleast half the speed what you have comitted

    @airtelindia My mobile always shows busy network or not reachable, if any person trying to call me. Also I am not able to call if I am indoor. Several times complaint registered but no outcome.pls look into it.

    @airtelindia"We Won't stop till we answer your questions" Fact is you don't want to listen to ur customers I have Airtel Fiber,1 DTH connection,3 postpaid connections. I have many concerns & all are unaswered since May 2020. So either change ur tag line else help ur customers.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Hey Airtel.. your network connectivity is only on advertisement or will you provide in reality. Very poor Network coverage in my village. I am using Airtel when you started service in my area. I think it's time to switch to @reliancejio

    @airtelindia Issue with airtle fibre extreme. I already have the device and your customer care, stated that they will take the device and install the new device, this is the process how absurb this process is.
