Despite multiple calls from utterly clueless customer service executives—who basically suggested “on kar ke off kar do” & nothing else—I was left with drips of data. Funnily, call dropped, too, while talking to one of them! @airtelindia is the pits.

hey @facebook @fb_engineering 6 digit confirmation code to mobile is not working on @airtelindia Network, but problem seems to be universal as Google is flooded with same problem/queries. Two factor authentication users can't login until SMS services resumes.

Now that I’m back to Delhi, back at work, and back to network connectivity—let me warn all and sundry against the scam that @airtelindia is. They charge you a hefty sum for intl roaming—I paid 3999/- for 4 days—and ensure that you are left at local operators’ + hotel’s mercy.

@airtelindia Totally disappointed for such kind of unresponsive behaviour by your team.I'm complaining for the last 6 months, due to lack of network coverage inside my home.Everytime I make a call to the customer care they always answered that our technical team is working on it.
