I have been a regular customer of @airtelindia for last 7 years, I never had such bad experience which is convincing enough to push me to change my mind. Their employees are proactive to do their sales, once done they won’t even pick your calls morover they start to disconnect.

@airtelindia ur service is very poor. I hv changed my plan to prepaid on 19/7/2020. Still you hv stopped my network on 23/7/2020 night. 2nd mistake hv sent me bill of Rs 317/- u give big ads on TV people hv no complaints.air tell's service is v.v.v poor.

Being a Airtle black customer means more frustration. Called the 121 line 30 times in 2 days with no resolution for broadband connection shifting @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence. It has been a headache to follow up and listen to the same reply every call. Hope someone can resolve!
