    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Please note that i have placed request to disconnect my broadband(01204579390) since long due to erratic billing issue but no response from ur side. Is it the way airtel is making money nowadays in lockdown. 121 number is not responding.

    @VittalGopal @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Airtel 4G working like 3G/2G, always charge amount & claims for premium services. When need to use during lockdown perming low bandwidth & due to same using JIO datapacks. Refer the service No.C4GSP30514824748 but still no action.

    @airtelindia I am platinum customer of airtel which says that priority 4g network. What does it mean exactly as i have the same issue of network and internet speed. It is the same. Why should continue with the platinum plan when i am not getting the said benefits.

    @airtelindia One of the worst networks I guess in my location. How many times I gave complaints on network issues for calling and data no use such a creep first try to keep balancing on every location as possible then go for 5G , when u can't provide 4G properly for town why 5G.

    @airtelindia Needs to wakeup. The technical team in Indore is incompetent. Our broadband connection isn't working since Tuesday & the support is unable to resolve the issue. Kudos to @reliancejio for the backup connection. #customerexperience #noairtel
