    @airtelindia I have a 200mbps broadband connection for the last 2 years and your company has not even bothered to change/ upgrade the router. Repeated request to your technical guys has not yielded any results. Ur app also does not give an option to register the complaint.

    @gopalvittal @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Its pathetic that Airtel starts a new Airtel1 plan and after 2 months cant organize 1 Bill payment. I hv made 3 complaints, Customer Care assures of correction in 72 hrs but keep billing me extra amt. It's disgusting +call drops etc.

    @airtelindia Reference: Omprakash Kumar DOB: 22/Dec/2000 As on 18 Dec 2021, I raised a complaint against the deactivation of my FASTtag of car WB74BG6100 and was assured it'll be closed within 2 working days.  When it didn't happen I recalled om that helpline. 1/3

    @airtelindia hi I am facing strange issue, my DTH ID itself is not being recognised while recharging before due date. Even the DTH tab in the Airtel app is not coming up. I faced similar issue in August and was resolved in 3 wk after unavailability of DTH. Pl help resolve
