    @TataPlayin hey Tata play, your (wi-fi) has no customer value or they are stubborn enough not to improve. In past 5 months I have made more than 20 complaints of frequent disconnection but completely failed to secure my trust in comparison to @airtelindia 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

    @airtelindia I am having an awesome customer care service. I have requested for broad band Internet bill plan change on 18 August 2022, more than 48 hours (and counting), with advance payment made and multiple follow up from my end, the customer service continues to sleep.

    @airtelindia It's very painful when you live away from your home and you still can't connect to your loved ones due to poor network. I don't have a single tower in my room. Even my village has a good network but not here. I tried reporting issue but your data is showing @Airtel_

    @airtelindia ISP customer facing too many issue. Many times links get down. No body care in Airtel to get the link up. ISP customer also paying you for services but Airtel is not able to take care.

Despite of telling them thousand of time that I am not interested getting the calls again and again regarding the same. And getting the answer that tomorrow you won't get call from us.     @airtelindia No option anywhere either app or website or customer care to SUSPEND wifi connection. I get alternatives Gift it to your friend or Transfer it to another address. I've used your wifi, i no longer need it and i want to remove it. Why can't Airtel proceed with this?

    What a pathetic service. Bcoz of this, I'm unable to finish my imp work. I'd rather get a local connection. Airtel only asks for numbers in DMs but never actually responds. This is why you're losing trust .My network has been gone since yesterday @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia
