    @airtelindia Internet is out for the 5th time this month. Again since yesterday. Called many times and no response from your technician. It was supposed to be fixed by today morning. No communication received so far. Pathetic service airtel Xtreme.

    @airtelindia I am having an awesome customer care exp. I have requested for broad band Internet bill plan change on 18 August 2022, more than 48 hours (and counting), with advance payment made & multiple follow up from my end, the customer service continues to sleep.

    .@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia kolkata broadband connection week for months. Have raised the issue several times. Despite assigning technicians, nobody ever reached. If not sorted this time, will have to snap the connection.

    @airtelindia I strongly recomend not to buy set up box of Airtel. 1. Service very poor 2. Setup box is a mad box 3. No single day goes by when it does not hang 4. No service on rainy days/windy days I would rather recomend to burn your money rather than spending on airtel dth

    @TataPlayin hey Tata play, your (wi-fi) has no customer value or they are stubborn enough not to improve. In past 5 months I have made more than 20 complaints of frequent disconnection but completely failed to secure my trust in comparison to @airtelindia 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

    @airtelindia just ported to Airtel Postpaid, and now I think it was my biggest mistake. No incoming calls from other networks are connecting to my number. I'm just frustrated with Airtel after 1 day. I have complained over the phone, but it has not been resolved yet, for more than 7 hours now. This is my business number, and clients can't even reach me right now. No help, nothing!! Even no reply in DM!!

    @airtelindia contacted Airtel support and stated that I would not opt for ₹698/day when a ₹133 + GST pack was available. I was assured that the matter adjusted during billing. However, upon receiving my bill, I was charged for two packs—₹3999 and ₹2999—within just 15 days.

    @airtelindia @airtelnews @airtelnews Dear Airtel, I raised an IPTV request 3 weeks ago but haven’t received any update. The ticket is still not cancelled. Please cancel the request and process the refund immediately. This level of service delay is disappointing.
