    @Airtel_Presence No updates yet. I can't see any of your team working on priority. It's been like more than 10 days to resolve an issue, while you claim to be India's fastest network @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @afreen_saddam @VodafoneIN @airtelindia Plz don't port to @Airtel_Presence they are also worst. I'm Airtel #postpaid user and experiencing worst services with them .. so I suggest don't go for Airtel. Give @JioCare or other try.

    @airtelindia despite raising concern so many times that there are sms charges on my bill that i havent even send your customer care is not listening. No one do sms now a days that too the numbers shown are some random junk numbers...

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Few days back I received a message saying dat #Airtel has done some changes 2 network,Call & Internet connectivity will improve but it has gone worst now,lot of call drops,slow network,disturbance during calls,etc.Shall I move 2 other Mobile provider

    @Airtel_Presence @DoT_India Yes just like @airtelindia's Escalations Team is doing it for over a week. It is fixing SMS service, and not performing a complex task like photographing Black Hole. @Secretary_DoT

    @VodafoneIN I am using your network for calls but in roaming, the calls drops automatically within 1-2 mins. This happens everytime. Please solve this problem otherwise i will have to port to other networks. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @Airtel_Presence Pathetic service @airtelindia your guys are unable to complete the installation today itself. On top of that you guys cheats who have taken task completion OTP two days back itself. Shame. Return my money back.

    @airtelindia I am not able to make calls since last two months despite having balance and validity. Already tried calling customer care and raising complaint in airtel thanks app but no resolution. @consumercourtin I want to file a lawsuit for Rs/- 10 lakhs as punitive damages.
