Jabki sim ka issue hai hi nahi.. Issue is with their network coverage which is so detoeriated now.. I am chasing them since 30NOV22 but no resolution

Pratik Mohanty (@mohanty_pratik) reported@airtelindia Company-owned Airtel store in Bandra West / Mumbai is refusing a new prepaid SIM. I am an Indian citizen and NRI, currently in India, with a valid Indian passport. The passport has my Germany address. Staff say they cannot issue a SIM because of that foreign address. I offered separate Indian stay/address proof for PoA and asked for document KYC, not Aadhaar e-KYC. They still refused and would not put the reason in writing.
