    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia We have sent email for disconnect of broadband. However you also stopped broadband and phone service at your end but still you guys are generating invoice. Stop sending us invoice

    You are able to resolve my issue I had complaint for poor services like call drop, connectivity issue and net surfing on 9th Jun and so many time before it But no concrete solution and action beside @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews @airtelindia

    @airtelindia airtel signal completely lost in Rajendra Nagar area of Sahibabad. 201005. Please check ASAP. This is causing a lot of inconvenience on a working day since the phone and wifi have stopped working.

    @airtelindia dear team, I have raised complaint twice regarding frequent disconnection of Internet but still facing same issue. Both the times none of the service engineers visited the location and checked for issues. Service no 118055850, 118545970. Request intervention.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I was told that if I'll pay my outstanding bill then I'll be added 2 Family plan 15days ago but no1 contacted me back & wen I called customer service again,agent asked me to wait for 48hrs as I'll get a call back from team but no response till date.
