    @airtelindia ISP customer facing too many issue. Many times links get down. No body care in Airtel to get the link up. ISP customer also paying you for services but Airtel is not able to take care.

    @airtelindia i am facing the connectivity issue in my area for last 2 month Despite several followWe are literally unable to make calls or receive calls. Signal is zero in my area of noida...for calling we are depends on the JIO wifi network... Now porting is the only solution.

    .@airtelindia .@Airtel_Presence The broadband in my area has gone bonkers from past 6 days. I complained but your Technician just walks in, watches till it stops buffering & leaves. Find a solution plz, it’s pathetic as nothing works without buffering for more than 30mins.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence To, Airtel Customer Care / Technical Support Subject: Urgent complaint regarding improperly hanging fiber wire – Risk of wire breakage My registered mobile number is 8094445627, and my WiFi ID is 0156524270222_wifi. I have been an Airtel Fiber customer for approximately one year. I have an Airtel Fiber connection installed at my premises, but the fiber wire has not been fixed properly; it is hanging loosely in the street/near my house. This poses a serious risk of the wire getting severed. If the wire breaks, my service will be completely disrupted, causing me significant inconvenience. I have informed the technician about this issue several times, but no one has come to rectify it so far. Therefore, I earnestly request you to forward this complaint to the concerned technician and have the wire secured and fixed as soon as possible to prevent any issues.     @airtelindia My #AirtelDTH has not been working since yesterday. Complaint already raised, but after 24 hours, no engineer has called or visited. Customer care is only giving excuses without any resolution. Very disappointing service. Please resolve this urgently. #PoorService

That is the sole reason I am writing here to get the attention of airtel technical team. Being a valued customer and postpaid family plan user, never expected a service like this.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I requested a secondary IPTV connection via 121 on Sunday. team called stating only fresh connections are given. Shockingly, my service request vanished & a new one was raised yesterday. 24+ hrs later, no call, no STB installation. Pathetic!
