The Airtel store rep accidentally showed me their CRM showing about 6000 mins of a single call to my sister's no. Reality, I never called my sister for more than 30 mins. Brilliant fraud.

Even an alternative recharge that could temporarily restore calling services. They refused. They said they couldn't recommend any recharge or guarantee that it would activate the number. So they offered no backup at all.
