We chose Airtel in the hope of getting better service. But even though the porting was completed from yesterday, but still not yet recharged the company for the first time. Calling the porting person. He is saying just a wait more time. @airtelindia @gopal vittal

@Airtel_Presence Over the past 1 month there has been #falsecommitments from your end. explain why is it taking so long and by when will this be resolved. Why the complain was closed with out resolving the issues. As per previous commitments this was to be closed in 4 working days @airtelindia

I recharged 179 on #Airtelnumber with Google Pay on Nov 30, the money deducted from my account & it shown the amount was paid but the recharged service was never activated. Please fix the issue @airtelindia, @Airtel_Presence & activate my service.

@airtelindia worst service from airtel. SIM corrupted within a year while other service provider sim is working without issue. SIM was replaced today. With an awful enable time of 4 hours, only partial services activated. Was not informed 24hours security delay for sms.
