I recharged 179 on #Airtelnumber with Google Pay on Nov 30, the money deducted from my account & it shown the amount was paid but the recharged service was never activated. Please fix the issue @airtelindia, @Airtel_Presence & activate my service.

Had called @Airtel_Presence 3x in a day for an issue. Nxt morning I got a call frm them asking why I had to call them thrice. Well done @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence for taking feedback and fixing my issue. This is the reason why I am sticking to your service from last 10+ years

2day is 4th day and almost 10 people called me and only solution they provided is I need to pay for no fault of mine. I pay 799 for broadband and 745 for DTH were has Jio gives 150 mbps and all channel including OTT waste of money to go with Airtel @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia
