The Airtel store rep accidentally showed me their CRM showing about 6000 mins of a single call to my sister's no. Reality, I never called my sister for more than 30 mins. Brilliant fraud.

Latest Speedtest: 37.95 Mbps download | 89.11 Mbps upload | 50 ms ping, and this is not AirFiber. As an Airtel Black customer, this level of service is extremely disappointing. Please escalate this to the technical team, investigate the root cause, and provide a permanent resolution.
