    It's looks like for this issue there is no solution from @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence authorities are only saying that issue will be solved within a given date. But in reality there is no solutions it's very disappointing.

Is it not sufficient on the name of 4g we are not getting 3g speed and the money which we pay for the service.

    @airtelindia My wife Sim is not working and I went to airtel store they told me to issue new Sim on that number because the Sim is damaged but the factor is that my wife is pregnant now its impossible to go airtel store for verifica during this pandemic situation then what to do?

    @Airtel_Presence Only 1 location my home. Sector-11,CDA CUTTACK-753015. This house has been surveyed by your network team for more than 5 times in last 2-3yrs. They had suggested use or booster which is not approved by @Airtel_Presence & @airtelindia. Only #falseassurance no improvement #Network

    @Airtel_Presence Over the past 1 month there has been #falsecommitments from your end. explain why is it taking so long and by when will this be resolved. Why the complain was closed with out resolving the issues. As per previous commitments this was to be closed in 4 working days @airtelindia

    @VodafoneIN I called your customer care and when I asked them about my complain number they disconnect my phone twice. I asked them why disconnected, they told me technical error. I can’t here to entertain you more. I already submitted my port request to @airtelindia.

    @airtelindia, @Airtel_Presence Looks like Airtel no longer cares to resolve issues even after bringing to attention multiple times. Surprised that no one even bothers to give a call either to check or update. The IVR system just goes on loop. Chatbot is useless.

    @airtelindia @airtelindia Customers face instant late fees for payment delays: but when companies deliver poor service, they pay no penalty at all. If you expect us to pay on time, we expect you to deliver on your promises. Fairness should work both ways. More than 2weeks, facing issues.

    Disappointed with @airtelindia service. Paid ₹1500 on 17 June for a WiFi + TV plan. WiFi was installed on 18 June, but the Set Top Box is still pending. Multiple follow-ups with the Kasba Nabapally Airtel store have resulted in no resolution. Need immediate assistance. #airtel
