    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Again 24 hours with NO SERVICE I am not a simple person who cribs, but I will find a way to get things done at my end always... perhaps an alternative to Airtel Ex-Stream Fibre (pun intended)!! In one year, seven times break in service. Airtel #poor

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence bought a fiber connection a month ago. Since then it goes down everyday for some hours. Continous disruption in services. Every night it goes down atleast 2-3 times. I'm stationed at Dehradun. Is this Airtel Xstream fibre quality? Need resolutionASAP

    I am a airtel user,I recharged about rs1500 in April2020., it was having 365days validity& today I m not able to call or text. And you don't even showing me my last 5 transaction history so that I can cross check it&ask it on customer care @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Hi, your Mobile Services were anyways pathetic and now even Broadband is equally getting worse. No option to log a complaint in your #AirtelThanksApp too. Need a solution, or let me know the process to cancel the connection and money refunded. #shame

    @airtelindia not able to make a conference call.. Sometimes it works sometimes don't.. The customer care says all is fine at their end.. Kindly look into the issue.

    @aprbsty @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Exactly, it’s just a fancy label to justify higher bills. Same ‘priority’ network that drops indoors and crawls during peak hours. Airtel needs to fix actual coverage instead of selling premium tags.

    @airtelindia Why my complaint no. 656219419 dtd. 14.05.2026 is not attended till now? How much do you need to assign a service engineer? I have sent several reminders to the customer care without any result. It is a big failure of Airtel.
