    I am a airtel user,I recharged about rs1500 in April2020., it was having 365days validity& today I m not able to call or text. And you don't even showing me my last 5 transaction history so that I can cross check it&ask it on customer care @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Hi, your Mobile Services were anyways pathetic and now even Broadband is equally getting worse. No option to log a complaint in your #AirtelThanksApp too. Need a solution, or let me know the process to cancel the connection and money refunded. #shame

    2) When I complained 2nd time they said the slot is 5-6pm and your issue will be resolved, but I had to have sit there till 8 and nothing happened. Very dissapointed and now I am thinking on to get JioGibre remove and get with @BSNLCorporate or @airtelindia (2)

    Dear @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I've highlighted this earlier & again I'm writing, please check your internet at pincode 248001. It sucks. Then you guys say that you're loosing customers, why people will stay with such bad service.

    @airtelindia . I'D 3002851221 ( Two Connections). Request intervene ; how could Airtel Service call having made an offer of package could she change LA Carte of connection ( main) to a package. Should we block such service calls from Airtel. Please restore LA Carte. Regards .

    @airtelindia I'm Airtel broadband user in Rishikesh but the network is too slow according to 4G speed I don't what the indian telecommunication is going to down for service matter. I'm using this for office work but can't satisfaction with speed and service also.

    @airtelindia I have been trying to get fiber broadband for the past 30 days.Even I have applied for connection more than 4 times but i only got call once. They told that technician will contact me but no one. If your service is not available in my area you can atleast send a SMS.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence bought a fiber connection a month ago. Since then it goes down everyday for some hours. Continous disruption in services. Every night it goes down atleast 2-3 times. I'm stationed at Dehradun. Is this Airtel Xstream fibre quality? Need resolutionASAP

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Xstream fiber. 5 hours since it is not working. Have made a complaint but issue not being resolved. First fibre broken now server issues. No response from the back end team and no one picks up the call. Kindly get it resolved ASAP. @TRAI

    Each day you send so many spam messages, and the important parts are not communicated. Suddenly I get an sms ₹649 plan is activated. Sms and a shock at the same time. I feel cheated and scammed. I didn't opt in for any service or plan @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    Dear @narendramodi ji, @airtelindia - people need to make urgent calls. If you make them listen to silly messages (like posting selfie with flag) before making any call please know that it could be a matter of life and death for someone. Worst thing is people cannot skip.

    @airtelindia worst experience with airtel broadband even after 1 month repepating the same **** again and again l, cant even provide the connection nor refund, to all the folks in @hyderabad stay away from airtel, worst service with new connections.
