    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence from 2 days, problem to xtreme fiber is not working. I think problem is with workmanship. I think problems will be in whole monsoon. Really bad service.

    @airtelindia I have been trying to contact Axis Bank customer care No. 18604195555, 18605005555 for last 01 week from Airtel prepaid number, but not contacting, but when I try to contact from my Jio prepaid, it connects. This is very very shameful for Airtel service providers.

    @airtelindia @PMOIndia @TOIIndiaNews So this is how it works:- Airtel will sell the data get their ₹ And then if the data is not consumed, for me I could not use data because of signal issue, so I loose my money, Airtel is looting customer’s #fraudonline #airtel👎

    (3/4) And even refused to join repeated teleconf attempts by sales executive, Avdhesh to clarify and help the customer (i.e. Me!). Instead asked him to tell me that conn can be given from a faraway box, but pay for 240 mtrs of cable extra. What on earth makes @airtelindia think

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Why you don't justifying your TV add. You're saying India's No.1 4G network, good speed for video watching. Video aur 4G chhoro, you're not even providing internet connectivity. I have a postpaid plan but i had to use Jio network to post it.

    @airtelindia 5 days ago. Applied for fiber. Got a lead ID. Ground executive haven't contacted me yet. Raised the concern. Got another lead ID. Have also emailed you for the same. No reply no contact. Stop advertising if you can't even reach out to the customer.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Hi, your Mobile Services were anyways pathetic and now even Broadband is equally getting worse. No option to log a complaint in your #AirtelThanksApp too. Need a solution, or let me know the process to cancel the connection and money refunded. #shame

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence bought a fiber connection a month ago. Since then it goes down everyday for some hours. Continous disruption in services. Every night it goes down atleast 2-3 times. I'm stationed at Dehradun. Is this Airtel Xstream fibre quality? Need resolutionASAP

    Since eight days we are getting harassed by @airtelindia as there is no WiFi connectivity it looks like nobody is working on it to resolve our issue. As I'm an employee who has taken work from home option it's very pathetic.

    - @airtelindia Today I finally received a call, but the interaction was rude and unprofessional. Due to the delay and poor customer experience, I no longer wish to proceed with the connection. Kindly cancel my installation request and process a full refund at the earliest.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia willnyou be able to resolve the issue? Paid amount for upgrade on Friday. In app it showing Engineer will visit on wednesday. Do you need 5 days to upgrade WiFi plan? He may or may not come on Wednesday that is also not confirmed.
