    @airtelindia Broadband ticket ID90824530. Pathetic customer service in Dehradun,I requested the installation on urgent basis, Yesterday your engineer called me thrice from +918126504527 with an assurance to install the same yesterday, but he didn't turned up.please cancel it.

    @chetanecostani @airtelindia Could be due to weak connectivity. Since 2011, I ported my num from voda to airtel and from airtel to idea and after idea, voda merged then again to airtel and this time its working perfectly. So thumb rule is - port number if problem persists

    @TRAI Sir I need new broadband at my home. Currently I am using @BSNL_UKD but it's speed is very slow, hence I wish to switch to another service provider. I will choose either @reliancejio , @JioCare or @airtelindia whosoever will give better service & speed at right price.

    Really disappointed with @airtelindia Network,daily quality of the network is going very bad , Internet speed is very low and call quality is very poor.When u r increasing the charges,try to increase quality as well. Airtel is ignoring customer issues 😡😠 @Airtel_Presence 😡

    @airtelindia trying to install airtel fiber from last 3 month but no response from airtel. Raised multiple request. Everytime getting same excuse that "currently we are not providing service in you area, next month we will provide"

    Would advise everyone to not get airtel service if you do not want any worst experience @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews ...2 days without the internet, my work is getting suffered and they don't give a ****...if you can't able to provide service

    Disappointed with @airtelindia. Req 10904105938 broadband shifting on 13Apr Airtel accepted, and I finished the internal wiring Since then Rescheduled twice, Now told no bandwidth of engineer,now showing resolved by 14Apr Accept a req then fail to deliver as my work disrupted

    @airtelindia I’ve been unable to reach customer support for several days. At the time of installation, I was assured that the service would be free for two months, after which payment would be required to continue using it, failing which the service would be discontinued. 1/2

    @airtelindia I have been trying to convert my postpaid to prepaid. You guys have not been processing and charging heavily even when i hardly use your service. Not to mention the utterly pathetic network that just doesn't work. Better process request to avoid further escalation.
