  @airtelindia is one of the fraud company where I raised complaint on network issue and they close the complaint without reaching to me. Can’t reopen or reach customer care through IVR. In store, they say once complaint is raised, they will take care. But none of the morons works

  Biggest mistake I have done was taking a 1GB data loan from @airtelindia , recharged 33₹x3, and as per instructions from @Airtel_Presence recharged 22₹ but still these guys didn't recovered that 1GB data loan. Can somebody tell me how I lodge a complaint on them??

  @shiladitya @airtelindia @Truecaller This also leaves me confused. I am actually customer of Airtel, if I block and report as spam, will I lose out on genuine communication from them in the future?
