Hey @airtelindia , how can a service request be closed without any resolution? Moreover, you people ask for feedback For closing my request without letting me know anything. I was better with @MyVi_VodaIdea . Atleast they close request on customers call!

You know what's the hardest thing to do in India. Updating email id to your airtel phone number. They show in advertisement best customer service. It's easier to buy a new sim than updating email. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews
