    I have an airtel broadband connection (08049783326). I raised a ticket on 13th July which was not attended for 2 days then was closed without proper fix on 17th July at 07:22 PM. Again I had raised the ticket on 18th July and is still open. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia I have raised request for mesh router on 15th of this month. I called call center 5 times, still issue is not resolved. When I contact technician, they say that they are not able to see order and payment details. But call center tell me that order is booked.

    @rahulroushan @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Have moved into prepaid mode permanently as when rates came down postpaid subscribers continued with pre-fixed pricing. Airtel believes in fleece till the customer complains, VI is dying due to bad service support and network

    @airtelindia My service number 10065328077, and I have Airtel Broadband which is not working for last 3 days. Your engineers Vishal Upadhyay from Agra was assigned but postponed it, then Shivam was to come, he called me, asked for OTP and postponed it. Ridiculous. Help please.

    @rahulroushan @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Seems like you have ignored message from VI that your KYC is pending, therefore it seems they have suspended service requests from your number.
