@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence The customer care does not co-operate. Instead gives you a discount of ₹200 and ask you to pay ₹2600 whether you want to continue or disconnect. It is extremely disturbing and unfair. Never had such a bad experience with airtel. Feels cheated.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence lost your platinum customer due to high headless of Fibre network team. Jio is aggressive & willing to grow!! Worst service of Airtel Fibre team at Hyderabad. Rude, inefficient with integrity issue as they leak customer information to competitors.

Nothing happened after mailing apellete authority , nodal officer. @airtelindia don’t give a damn about customers. Being a No. 1 company and having a no. of tech engineers , I am surprised to see they are not able to resolve an issue from 30 days #Airtel #CustomerExperience

@airtelindia are masters at how to frustrate a customer. Going on 5 days to replace non-working SIM and still not done. Between Store, 121 & Enterprise teams all are simply passing the buck. Excuses: Need multiple documents! Manager is on leave! #TotalFail #FixYourProcess
