I would like to share the feedback to the @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia about the speed of internet and calling issue. There is no use of doing add showing your team is working on to make your company with 0 complaint because there are people like me who are not getting 2G speed.

@Airtel_Presence , @airtelindia On the airtel xtream router (Nokia g-2425 - a ) Can you please enable 802.11r support via some firmware update? It would be wonderful for a consumer to use a spare router with fast bss retransmission support.

I doubt if any smart people use @airtelindia 4g @Airtel_Presence anymore. Just absolutely pathetic network coverage, completely drops every 10-15 minutes, fluctuates so badly and that too right at the heart of Chennai, Tamilnadu. It wasnt like tis. #CustomerExperience #facepalm
