    @airtelindia I have booked a new DTH connection and made the payment as well. No one has arrived for the installation, and the customer care executives are not resolving my issue. An engineer named Situ Singh has been assigned to the task,but he is ignoring my calls and messages.

    @manujosephsan @airtelindia Phone connection for elderlies should never be deactivated and should have free incoming and outgoing to a certain limit .

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Service Request No. 31-1000014174579, dated 08/06/2026. It is the third day that Wi-Fi is hasn’t been working. Nobody has contacted till now. What a pathetic service, I have experienced.

    @airtelindia I have recharged mistakenly a number twice amount of Rs. 199 & Rs. 319 at same day i,e 10th may . I called Airtel customer care support for refund but they told me that double recharge will be adjusted on next month.

    The macrohards at @airtelindia are highest degree imbeciles. No WiFi since last 3 days and can't even get in touch with a support person. Every call and chat goes to a bot. @TRAI under @JM_Scindia has really ****** consumers for good.
