  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence The way he spoke to me as if he called me to threaten me, I told him revalidate from your his system regarding the payment and asked him to town down. I told him you are talking as if like a road side rowdy not like a customer care representative, behave . He hung up on me.

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia one day i found that my broadband bill due date has changed and I missed my last month so I decided to pay bill in next month with due date charges. I received call from customer I update the same thing to CC.Received Daily 30 call to my due charges.

  Network of @Airtel_Presence is getting worse day by day. I m with @Airtel_Presence bcoz of network not bcoz of the plans & other things. Other companies has and had great offers and packages but i stick with @airtelindia just becoz of network. But now the network is getting worst
