    I will have to file a case in consumer court against the company for not solving the issues in given time, and closing the complaints without even working in it and giving false information that my problems have been solved, Without actually resolving @airtelindia @TRAI

    I am using Airtel number since 10 years and last 4 years I am using airtel postpaid number and I platinum customer to airtel and I am also using Airtel DTH service but Airtel is not providing fiber connection in my home location. Very bad i am not happy with Airtel.@airtelindia

    So poor service by @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia my wifi is not working from 7 days and app does not work for complaint neither the number 121 I asked there local guy he use to say kal thik ho jayega.kal thik hoga That's It I don't know even how to shut there wifi @reliancejio

    It’s really sad that large organisations like @airtelindia @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence are incapable of providing good customer service. They require the payment instant but at the time of refund they will follow a long process. Shameful

    @airtelindia I applied for 3 new Airtel Black connection. The Box near my house is full therefore they don’t have that much budget to installation a new box and denied me the service. #ShameAirtel
