    @Airtel_Presence 80+ emails, calls requesting for 3+ months to put me on annual plan; Sharvika (14-Mar-22), Divya (31-Mar-22) promised to sort mess, apprise of next steps; blank in cell app. Fourth time tweet, still no resolution! How indifferent can you be?! @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @reliancejio why are you wasting our time? If it's not connecting the other person why can't you simply say "it's our of network" instead of ringing. Shame on you for this poor network and FYI receiver belongs to @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence network and I'm Jio user.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence horrible service of airtel.. The phone number.. No recharge happening.. No support at airtel outlet... Phone Sim shut since converted from postpaid to prepaid and no support whatsoever...2 days I am without phone support.. pathetic

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Facing lot of difficulties in converting physical Sim to e-sim for my iPhone. Getting no proper support from airtel store and any option on airtel customer care. Feeling forced to quit using airtel cellular service.
