  So @airtelindia thinks it can harass their customers. They had an unplanned outage. They promised it would be resolved by 5:30 PM. The engineer called by around 2 and said he is solving it. I waited till 5:30 no resolution. I called him again and he acted as if he is hearing me for the first time. He said he’ll get back in 2 minutes. But didn’t and switched off his phone. I then called airtel support. They promised it’ll be resolved by 8:30 PM now. I asked what if it doesn’t, and they assured me and then 10 -15 minutes later I receive a message that it’ll now be resolved after 2 days. I call the service engineer and no response. I call airtel support again. One Mr. Ranjith picks up and says that he has spoken to the service engineer’s manager and some other team and they have assured it’ll be done by 8:30. This time I am not willing to believe , so I ask him to change the timelines on the app. He says that I can’t do. And goes on for some time about it. And when I tell him how would I believe you as you are changing timelines arbitrarily. He says now rudely, it’s not him and he hasn’t done anything. I tell him obviously, I meant airtel. He says nothing can be done. I insist if you can’t give me a resolution please cancel , he says go ahead and cancel. I ask to escalate to the manager and he makes me wait for 10 minutes to get the supervisor. Supervisor repeats the same story but I adds a twist, there are two issues and there is an outage and your ticket are separate. But in the same breadth says they not about outage from my ticket. Now I ask when will it be resolved she says 8:30 but isn’t willing to give it in writing. And the saga continues. No WiFi since morning , one day lost!!!! Sigh. By the way every month there is a day or two every month with no Internet. Pathetic !!!!

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews your network having many problem. Usually internet is not working and call is not connecting. Location district and session court, arera hills, bhopal madhya pradesh.

  @airtelindia It is really disgusting that a simple shifting of a wifi connection in Jammu has taken more than 7 days. Yet still no sign of engineer. 15 calls to your customer service has yielded no result. Maybe that's why your competitors are doing better.

  @airtelindia Bro, if you cannot provide good speed and uninterrupted internet why do you claim and charge price of 5g. I recharged my sim with a 3999 recharge a 5g unlimited plan, it never runs smooth and interrupted. Airtel is getting bakwaas month by month. Porting to Jio!

  Been a customer of @airtelindia for 16 years, the network has gone to dog ****. Whatever new space tech they have invented for network prioritisation, is messing up prepaid bandwidth big time. Need to reevaluate my network provider.
