    @airtelindia at our location though the calls are being placed but the other person is not able to hear us on phone and vice-versa. Location: Alwal, Hyderabad 500010. Initially we thoght it's a phone issue but the network is down here. Please resolve this issue ASAP

    @airtelindia your offers,claims and promises are misleading. So called cutoner care centre managers are incompetent. Response time is poor. Ref mob no 9371194814 REFUND for broadband request cancelled. Is there a single person at airtel who takes responsibility #airtelbroadband

    @airtelindia @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence This is with regards to request no 10018607698. I'm tired of following up with broadband customer care. I have an issue with my broadband connection in Bangalore. Please ask some one to fix it in the 2 hours else disconnect services.Hopeless services

    Very upset over @airtelindia's customer service. I'm using airtel black but even then their service is extremely irritating. They have raised a false service request of a broadband connection I stopped using 3 years back and now calling me repeatedly. @Airtel_Presence
