    Worst of jio service in patna bihar. They just ask for number and information but don't take any action. Jio 4g is now jio worst than 2g. No option expect porting. Fed up now. @JioCare @reliancejio Airtel best in speed @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence why 4g is not working on my location. Everytime i have to switch from from 2g to 4g network then it will work after sometime again stopped working. Please do something this is so irritating 😡

    Now there is no maay baap left for customer in telecom industry. Where to complain about anyone and who will sort it out there is no platform at all left. @TRAI. I have complained for services of @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia but there is no improvement in the service at all.

    @Airtel_Presence I have received an ETA of 6th Nov. That’s not acceptable. Kindly prioritize the issue or let me know if that is not possible. I have been @airtelindia customer from past 10 years and postpaid member from past 5 years. Check your records. Now I need to port my sim to Jio or Vi. :(

    @Airtel_Presence I accept your apology, please let me know how much time you need more as it is almost a month now? Atleast tell me the issue. I went for @airtelindia instead of local ISP thinking it's a company where they care about customer (latest ad) but man I couldn't have been more wrong.

    Dear @Airtel_Presence,@airtelindia visited the Airtel Store at Laxmi Nagar to port my Jio number to Airtel prepaid. The staff refused my port request and said I must open an Airtel Payments Bank account with a ₹199 deposit to get a SIM. Kindly look into this and help. Thank you.

    Dear @airtelindia and @Airtel_Presence , This is beyond frustrating now. I already opted out of your Wi-Fi service, clearly asked multiple times to stop calling me, and requested permanent closure of my connection. Yet every single day I keep getting multiple calls from your team asking the same questions again and again. How many times do I need to say NO? It is completely my choice whether I want to continue using Airtel services or not. Harassing customers daily with repeated calls after they have already opted out is unacceptable and extremely unprofessional. I even requested your team to collect the router from my home, but there has been no proper response from your side. Instead of resolving the issue, your team keeps disturbing me every day with unnecessary calls. Totally pathetic customer service and harassment at this point. Respect customer decisions and stop forcing your services on people. #Airtel #AirtelXstream #PoorCustomerService
