    @VittalGopal @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Airtel Customer Service has been harassing me over phone from Sep 13,2021 (Since I raised a Disconnection request for Broadband).Finally the ticket has been closed stating that I am willing to continue the service (which is wrong)

    @airtelindia Am a Airtel Black Priority Customer trying to get a faulty modem changed for the last few days ! But NOTHING seems to be moving ! All Supervisors are ‘busy’ and no one seems to bother ! TERRIBLE SERVICE ! Can someone HELP ?

    @prajvalprince @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence BTW same case happened with me. I had to close the Broadband Service. They were not willing to improve anything in 5 years and were trying to resell Fibre connection, which they did not have in my building, Ultimately left than after many many years . USELESS to the core
