Hey, @airtelindia I paid my father's mobile bill on 31st December but it still showing as unpaid. I've the payment proof. I raised the issue in Airtel thanks App and also sent a mail on 121 but still don't get any kind of response. Please resolve my issue.

@airtelindia I tweeted by DM for not activated my SIM, till now. Does DM means dormancy??? @Airtel_Presence Does really Airtel cares??? Awaiting the SIM activation pending since 30 Dec night 10pm. Porting to Airtel really a bad experience, highly disappointing.
