    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia gave MNP request from Vi postpaid to Airtel prepaid. Got a call from customer care saying that prepaid cannot be done. I will get postpaid only and after 90 days it can be converted to prepaid. Seems like a scam.

    @airtelindia I am an Airtel prepaid customer who charged my mobile with data plan for 84days. Now, 6 days validity is left. However, my outgoing facilities are blocked. No such information is given to customer while charging. Please answer
