    Hi @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence My wife did a recharge but it’s not gone through. She raised a complaint but nothing happened. How much time you need to resolve a issue? She is unable to make any calls

    @airtelindia @airtelnews I have changed my bill plan last month and paid all outstanding as on that date. in-spite of this i received a bill with old plan and customer care denied change of plan. I insisted CC to check call records and revert. No action taken yet.

    @airtelindia it has been year since I am requesting airtel xstream in my area pincode 229212(UP) but no availability is there. and network condition is preety poor not able join meeting and calls especially when electricity goes off it becomes worse pls take necessary action.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Such a frustrating experience with your network since 20 days. Call breaking issue happening at my location. Either you solve the issue or mention it unresolvable so that I will find other alternatives i.e. porting to other the service provider.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I am currently in U.S.A and my Airtel SimCard is showing "No Sim Card". Its giving same error after trying in multiple Phones. I called Airtel Customer Care and they said Sim is Damaged and to get new Sim, I have to come back to India. Please Help.
