    @netplusofficial Worst service provider ever. The connection is broken from last 5 days. Nobody even bothers to pick the call. Worst service. @airtelindia @reliancejio if you are available at my location . Please respond i will switch today itself.

    @VodafoneIN @airtelindia @reliancejio @TRAI @ I'm using Vodafone services from last 10 years and I remember that my 2G internet was fine, but from last some weeks I'm experiencing very bad service on 4G network on most of the places especially in my Colony.

    @airtelindia Team, Issue is pending for over 4 weeks. Since you have started these from Dec 2025 without me making any changes on my phone, you need to switch these off. Please resolve urgently & stop lying about it being a regulatory requirement. No one else gets these @airtelindia

    Hi @airtelindia , My Airtel Thanks app shows Adobe Express Premium as Active, but Adobe Express still shows Subscription: Free on the same email ID. Please refresh or re-provision the Adobe Express Premium entitlement linked to my account. And facing same issue with Perplexity.

    Day 21 and still no resolution from @airtelindia. Complaint raised on 26th May. Since then, I've received only false promises and new timelines from customer care executives, but no actual solution. The constant follow-ups and uncertainty are causing unnecessary mental stress.

    @airtelindia Your WiFi service has been pathetic for months. I have repeatedly complained about frequent disconnections and raised multiple service requests, but no technician has visited my home. Despite this, I keep receiving messages saying the issue has been resolved. I even lodged a complaint at the nearest Airtel Gallery and they mailed on my behalf, but still no visit and another false "problem solved" message. Extremely disappointed with this poor customer service. Please resolve this urgently.

    @airtelindia I bought a new post paid connection today around 4.20 pm I hv been told dat number will be activated in 30 min This is 8.15 pm & it is not working Airtel customer care can’t take complained bcoz it is not activated. Surprising new number 8796773259 Can anybody help

    @Airtel_Presence first reported this issue in April and followed up again 2 days ago. Since there is still no improvement, I will now be escalating this matter through CPGRAMS. @airtelindia
