    @airtelindia Hello, I booked Airtel Black on 1st Aug and paid 4000.I cancelled the plan on 16th Aug becz installation not provided. Customer care said I will be refunded 4000 rupees by 20th Aug. But till now (29th Aug) I am not refunded. Please give my money back.

    @airtelindia #airtel How sad it is that my first ever tweet is about a complaint that @airtelindia has taken Rs 18044 with a promise of one year of service, yet fails to deliver internet. The worst case of all, it is not a problem of local vendor but Airtel barring my acc.

    @airtelindia Hello sir, Today I recharged my father prepaid No . But, the net is not working. This not a new problem every time when I recharged my father prepaid no the net is not working that day. And, after 12 or 24 hrs of recharged the net is working fine.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence your technicians are creating disturbance for me again and again. They are coming to my area to fix another's internet problem but disconnecting my internet all the times. My work is getting affected. Send your technician now to fix this
