@airtelindia can some one explain why my @ihmcl_official Fast Tag has been blacklisted and even though there is over 1600 rupees in the wallet not updating? Called Airtel and system is down called Fast Tag and they say we don’t know.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia is very unprofessional company. They are not help to customer. I am try to active call forwarding option my number, there is show a eror. Last 3 month i regularly talk to customer, airtel store, airtel social team but no help. Same on Airtel.

@airtelindia will you give some solution or not? Complaint pending since 15 Jul 21. Called customer care many times & get same reply - sorry for inconvenience. It is taking more time than usual. Abhi bill na bharu to sath ki sath fine lga doge or apni services ka koi hisaab nhi.
