Mayur Agrawal (@agrawalmm) reportedRaised issue with @airtelindia regarding wifi connectivity issue. Engineer visited and informed their fiber break, and wire needs to replaced. But denied replacing it. Har multiple escalation calls via 121 no resolution yet
