    @airtelindia Dear sir/mam, I am trying to solve this problem that is my fast tag is not working from 20 april  And I have to double pay on the toll plaza daily I have discussed with your exucative on telephone but no response from 20 april to till date please tell what should I do .

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Need support from airtel, installed airtel extreme 12 days ago and also applied for static ip but internet works 1 day and stops again for 2 days. In last 12 days 4 tym brkdwn and nobdy listening. Even static ip ports are closed. DSL 057322059678

    @airtelindia Network of airtel 4g in my area (Ramwara, Sikandrabad, 203205 (UP)) is very poor since 2 months how this problem can be solved soon otherwise I shall switched all my 6 connections immediately

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I am using airtel from 2011 and presently 5 airtel Sims are active in my family....... Although I'm getting the wrostest network speed, breaking voice on calls Also Your customer service not reachable.. Please look at the matter ..thanks

    @airtelindia Your network quality is worst nowadays. I did a port from another provider to Airtel for better network but I was wrong. This is even worst than previous provider. I am sorry to say but I am doing port again.

    @airtelindia Your team offered me a discounted 6-month Fiber validity plan on 6 Jan 2026, but services got suspended on 25 May saying recharge expired. Despite repeated requests, nobody is reviewing the sales call recording. Very disappointing for an Airtel Black customer.

    Hello @airtelindia i ported my Sim from jio to Airtel... They said after activation recharge will be done automatically but I'm waiting still no recharge done? There's no proper customer help. Where is my free airtel recharge for port? Who will responsible now?

    @airtelindia Broadband ID : 054710079398_dsl connection number 05474050104 Service Provider : M/s.Bharti Airtel Ltd. My internet speed is very slow, it is less than 10 Mbps, to near 30 Mbps please check and take action.

    @MIB_India @airtelindia I have airtel black and paid extra than due, still they are showing dues, even after multiple complaint, they are not able to solve my concern. according to their customer care it should be negative balance 😞
