  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Airtel Id7025043861net speed reduced drastically as not making double payment of Rs590/paid on 5.10.21 through Paytm.Complaint filed in Ist week of Nov unresolved. Airtel claims payment of 5.10.21,Rs 590 refunded on 30.10.21 but no credit in Paytm.

  @airtelindia Go to Airtel app, try raising a service request. It is designed such that you just cannot. Speaking to their social media team, I was told, they have some issues on keywords. Zero complaints....It's possible.
