    Issue is resolved now and thanks for fixing this. However, I am very much disappointed with Airtel ground staff in sector Alpha First Greater Noida and specially with engineer name Santosh as he lacked the attitude towards fixing the customer issues @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Airtel Id7025043861net speed reduced drastically as not making double payment of Rs590/paid on 5.10.21 through Paytm.Complaint filed in Ist week of Nov unresolved. Airtel claims payment of 5.10.21,Rs 590 refunded on 30.10.21 but no credit in Paytm.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia such is the poor condition of network at my place that I cannot even use your internet and voice service ,we using online payment methods at retail outlets. If you are taking money for a service then you should provide that service also.

    Hi @airtelindia @AirtelXtream I cannot use DisnepHotstar from 27th Feb after recharge of rs. 999 plan. It is 3 months till now and got no resolution of complaint. Pathetic service. Can you please refund my money? My subscription mob is 8076198670. Complaint numbers is 62913611.

    @airtelindia Hello Airtel team, I recently ported my no from VI to Airtel, but not it seems like I am stuck with no network and no internet. I shouldn’t be charged for absolutely no service given to me. Raised multiple complain but no resolution yet.

    @airtelindia Pathetic Airtel TV Recharge service , after every recharges takes 2 to 5 hour to resumes services . Customer care also not supporting well and blaming server issue everytime .

    @airtelindia @reliancejio I own a Airtel wifi, I raised a service request for transfer of connection on 25th April for shifting on 2nd May. Till date no action, and airtel is continuing billing. Their agent asking to buy new connection. 017212123532_dsl. Why not shift to Jio?

    @airtelnews @airtelindia I have moved from Gurgaon to Pune & accordingly raised a request to shift my wifi connection to Pune on 1st May (request id 10926299883). I have no resolution till today even after 7 days! Glaring example of pathetic customer service. I have raised other requests for poor network connectivity without any resolution ( request id 31-1000013507129 & 311000013413514). Being a airtel black customer, I expected much better, probably I am wrong by putting all my eggs in one basket or I should port to another service provider. I raised a request for a new connection & immediately was contacted by airtel team but as an existing customer no one is ready to provide a resolution. Looks like it's time to move to a service provider who takes better care of their customers (hopefully ).
