They r busy making money!

@airtelindia I'm not able to add a channel. First I have tried through My Airtel App, then website and lastly call centre. Couldn't able to manage my choice of channel. Your call center is worst, it's just IVR call never landed to agent. Pathetic Time to switch to @TataSky

@airtelindia Even I tried to reach your customer care by calling them 18 times in last 30 days, but never able to reach them for waiting almost average 14 min per call. You even not clear the your policy on 2nd connection as well. And finding an escape route from @TRAI directives

@RPRohitPeriwal @airtelindia Kuch nhi hone wala bhai, u will only get sympathy messages bt no resolution. They will say "we will DM you regarding progress of ur issue" and uske baad gayab ho jayenge , that's the beauty of having an Airtel Network

There is no recharge to keep your number active for a year (minimum is 79/28 days now from 49). 13 months a year as per the telecom industry😠

Internet works at 2G speed and most of the time the range shows just one or max 2 at times. Pathetic service and pathetic network. Alas we are left we no other choice than Jio and Voda.Less competition less quality
