    @RPRohitPeriwal @airtelindia Kuch nhi hone wala bhai, u will only get sympathy messages bt no resolution. They will say "we will DM you regarding progress of ur issue" and uske baad gayab ho jayenge , that's the beauty of having an Airtel Network

    @airtelindia you are most careless organization for your customers. For my DTH no 3000839443-001 remote,when i lodged Complaint in june/july,you immediately rang me and assured that it will be set right within 24 hours. I am still waiting for your commitment after month. AB Lal

    @Umeshtiwaribst @airtelindia Umesh, am not trying to downtone your issue, just wanted to share I have been facing issue with the connectivity since'17 september and still now its the same. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia have stopped bothering themselves from the customer complaint. They r busy making money!

    @airtelindia any one can help even your customers care number is not in contact... I am facing Network issue even now a days WhatsApp messages not sent properly. I'm using postpaid number more than 3yr but if this issue is not resolved in 3days. I'm using other operator.

    @airtelindia I'm not able to add a channel. First I have tried through My Airtel App, then website and lastly call centre. Couldn't able to manage my choice of channel. Your call center is worst, it's just IVR call never landed to agent. Pathetic Time to switch to @TataSky

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence having ur net connection has become a headache. Can't complaint there is no system to log a complaint in ur app. It does take u to idiotic chat which never understands the problem. Number dialed to talk to advisor never connects. #AirtelDown
