@airtelindia charges extra for black, but gives horrible customer service. Cancelled connections don’t get updated. Keep getting double charged. When you raise a request, they just auto resolve it. Why charge extra if you can’t deliver service.

@airtelindia definitely has the worst service. Their sales executives are the WORST. My Airtel DTH has not been installed even after calling them multiple times. All they do is lie & give false assurances. On top of it my plan has been activated since 14-feb. @Airtel_Presence
