    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I've been an Airtel postpaid customer for 20 years. Nightmare experience over the last few days trying to swap my sim that just stopped working. The dumbness and and incompetence of the call centre staff and store staff is unbelievable.

    @airtelindia Worst service by your Airtel Store Park Street. I went to get eSIM transferred from one phone to another. They converted my eSIM into physical sim. Now I can’t convert my physical sim into eSIM. I’m a postpaid customer for years now. @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia @reliancejio have launched a limited 5G services. Does @MiIndiaSupport have anything to do to update the OS via OTA to enjoy the 5G services across its range of compatible phones. It's mandatory on Service providers part for a tutorial on 5G
