  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Need support from airtel, installed airtel extreme 12 days ago and also applied for static ip but internet works 1 day and stops again for 2 days. In last 12 days 4 tym brkdwn and nobdy listening. Even static ip ports are closed. DSL 057322059678

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence - customer care disconnecting cls for Airtel Black Customer shows the level of "Lack of problem solving Attitude" the company follows. Thrice your executives disconnected the call when they couldn't resolve the query. Makes me wonder whether to stay!

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews What kind of network are you running? I have recharged with 100 Rs over & above my unlimited plan to speak to my bank customercare as its a paid call service. Even with balance of 71 Rs your network dosen't connect my calls.
