    @airtelindia I applied to install @airtelindia Fiber a week ago. Their employee mistakenly wrote wrong address and now won’t respond to my calls. I tried reaching #airtel store, they said they can’t do anything. I can’t even complain anywhere in the company. Worst experience ever.

    convert @airtelindia prepaid to post paid from Airtel store , got a new sim,Agent verify my home address, but last 7 hours my old sim card and new sim card still deactivated, not able to to call and any thing els, vist store again problem not solved @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews

    @airtelindia pathetic customer service. Tried calling customer care 5 times every time they disconnected the call. Call timing: 9:00PM to 9:30PM
