Have @airtelindia prepaid plan 1gb data daily. Internet unavailable most of the time n when available its vvery SLOW. Details being sent on DM. @airtelindia Pl make necessary changes n provide service promised fr which payment has been made failing which will port 2 @reliancejio

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence. My phone's data connection is not working for 2 days, possibly due to some updates that you have done from back-end on my connection. Multiple calls to your call center also have not been helpful as well. Deeply disappointed!!!

@NitishPramanik3 I am also facing the same issue for the past 3 days. Took new sim from Airtel still no network. Third class service, every customer care fellow will tell various stories.... they will tell DM, even if you do DM they will, we apologise for the delay @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia
