    @airtelindia @TRAI Why SMS service is not available with 79.00 recharge. Not giving SMS bundle is fine but stopping the SMS service even if user is ready to pay for each SMS is really a bad move.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I decided to cancel two numbers and keep one. Was that a mistake? I spoke to Vishnu on customer care for more than 25 mins and got it cancelled. Calling me 25 times wont change my decision. Stop this harassment just cancel it. I've sent an email too.

    Landline and broadband not working Complained yesterday morning. Lineman simply saying will fix in 10 mins.. Will fix in 20 mins or doesn't even pickup call. Worst customer service. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews
