@airtelindia I made a recharge of 2999 on 14 March and the payment failed, still for me its showing that the recharge is processing. I have connected with customer care more than 10 times for refund and every time they just register my complain. I even connected with level 2 team

Relocation of BB connection raised on 31st March with dt of 2nd Apr, then it got ext to 4th and then to 7th April. Still no one has bothered to get it done. Airtel is this the service you provide in GGN. Pathetic @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

@airtelindia yours services are worst you guys have given the phonepe payment option in your Airtel thanks app but it's just useless it's just airtel harassment app payments are debited from the account but services are not been restored your customer care is just useless
