Customet harassment by @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I brought a new Airtel broadband connection. The bill is generated every month. The service guy took the modem but had not initiated a disconnection. I have not been using the old connection since April (082145989334_kk).

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence do you have a proper procedure to call a customer whose bill is already paid but still gets multiple calls daily asking for bill due? Can you atleast try to incorporate a proper procedure? You network is worst obviously.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence when I try calling 198 (complaint helpline no.) it asks me to add zero before calling and when i DO it says wrong number. Your services suck no one reached me after asking me to share my number but sent me their regards.

Extremely frustrated with customer service provided for Airtel Black broadband premium customer. Cable cuts every 15 days and SLA’s for resolution not followed & customer has to explain same issue to 121 on every call. No integrity. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @DoT_India
