  @airtelindia @airtelnews I opted for a WiFi connection and was guaranteed by the area manager to get installed the same day, but once I did the booking and made payment, they went silent. No communication, nothing on the installation. Pathetic service. No more calls are answered.

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence your fiber customer care is pathetic. Have been following up for billing team for last 15 days for issues, everytime I'm promised a resolution within 4/24 hours or someone would callback, but there is no callback or resolutions.

  @airtelindia Thank you for unbundling. However, all the services associated with my active Airtel Black plan have stopped working. Currently, all OTT benefits on account 012932871239 have been stopped. My IPTV service, which was included Airtel Black plan, has also been deactivated.

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews from over a month my wifi is not working and have made multiple complaints about it but still it’s not working and on contrary I’m getting my bill for wifi on time. 👏🏻👏🏻
