@airtelindia @MIB_India Very poor service given by Airtel at gandhinagar. Broadband not working since 6th oct and SR logged. Called 3 times and they assured some one will come and assist. Still the same no phone call bu engineer or no assist. Pathetic service l!

Hi @airtelindia , I have ordered Airtel Fiber 4days ago still installation is not happening. And your representatives have made the rule that till they receive payment they’ll pick the calls and then don’t care about anything. What sort of service is this? That too in Bangalore.

@airtelindia Why are you announcing we have enabled 5g , my Headset and Area is 5g Ready But still 5g not working , also for the same concern I called to Customer care helpline they says just only we got approval for 5G ,It is not yet enabled
