  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia what a pathetic service you have while resolving service requests, I am going to switch to another network due to your disgusting and disappointing customer support. Have been waiting for my Wi-Fi issue to get resolved from last 1 week with no luck.

  @airtelindia @airtelnews Even though his son personally visited the Airtel center in Hinu, Ranchi, today—carrying a copy of the police report regarding the lost SIM—they refused to issue a replacement. It is absolutely shameless; why on earth should we use such a pathetic service? @TRAI

  Hi @JioCare @reliancejio - No update has been provided on this. What's the update on the investigation? Today, the guy came to check the internet speed issue. He didn't know a single **** about how it works, and ****** it completely. Now, for the last 6 days, the Wi-Fi hasn't been working. Every day he says, tomorrow I will fix it. Is this the service I am paying for? I trusted your service and paid for a year in advance. Otherwise, I would have switched to @airtelindia

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews I visited Airtel Store in BTM 2nd Stage to move from esim to normal Sim. And the agent said that network will come in few hours then sms after 24 hous. 3 days later still no network. Visited again and got network. 2 weeks later again No
