    Airtel services sucks !! And their customer care is even more worse.. Nobody helps out and no medium to raise a proper online request. That's one of the reason people are switching to Jio.. @airtelindia @airtelnews

    It’s totally waste of my time tried calling customer care of Airtel for eSIM. Had to listen to the auto auto tune for an 30min. Even tried on @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia not so thanks app. Was expecting a choice to speak to customer care but it’s not going through. #airtelcares

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @TRAI Rubbish services provided. You claim to be one of the best service providers but I must say that you have failed your job. Have been waiting for a resolution since over a month and yet we face network issues. Definitely switching to Jio now!!

    @airtelindia Hi, i was facing very worst internet connectivity in my place.eventhough I opted for 200mbps still I am facing a lag in my Teams call. My local internet is far better than your service.I choosed an airtel black scheme on sept,Still my dth connection is not activated

    @airtelindia for the last 15 days I’m calling Airtel 121 Regarding my waiver amount due to 10 days of service interruption but no one is providing a proper solution yet. Every time an Airtel person told me please wait 24 hours for a waiver will reflect on my Airtel app.
