It's very unprofessional behaviour by Airtel India. After registering multiple complaints in the last 1 year, still, my call issue is not resolved. I won't suggest the Airtel network. Worst hospitality by Airtel network @airtelindia @airtelnews #newertrustairtel

Hi @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence May I know why can't a sim card be swapped without the physical presence of the owner ? what if My mom is disabled and she cannot visit a store her number cannot be swapped ? Bad experience
