Yesterday at 3pm my airtel broadband stopped working…called customer service and came to know it will be fixed at 8pm!!!! Today again it stopped working. Now I’m hearing it will resolve at 5pm!!! Is this a joke happening on working day!!! @airtelindia @consumerforum_

Airtel services are only to fulfill the criteria of having a customer care team. Actually there is no services by airtel from the customer care team to solve the queries of the customer or get back to the customer after promised timeline. @TRAI @airtelindia

The team of Airtel only lies to its customers. They don't possess the correct updated knowledge and keep lying to the customers with false promises and benefits. And when complaint is made the company takes zero liability and shows negative concern about it. @TRAI @airtelindia

@airtelindia highly disappointed with your service, every week there is some problem in your broadband in my area. Tried contacting the regional nodal office (Rajasthan), but they don't pick up. If things goes like this I'll have to consider switching! @Airtel_Presence

@airtelindia Hi Team, Not able to use broadband service from Yesterday received a massage there is some network outage but it's been more then 18 hours service is still not working please help
