@airtelindia why do you provide broadband internet, if you can't provide stable connection, since last 2 months I am facing connectivity issues, After raising complaints the your assigned engineer is totally clueless about the ongoing issue,

Do not get @airtelindia wifi. Worst service ever. There's no way to connect to a real customer support executive. Only when you want to purchase a new connection they call you. Otherwise @Airtel_Presence doesn't listen to their own customers who are paying for their services!!

@airtelindia It’s been 5 days no resolution yet. There is an issue with the router but your technical backend team is such a useless team not able to resolve my issue. They have to update the firmware of Nokia router which they aren’t able to do. If your team is not capable why dont you change the router immediately ? Lost the trust in #Airtel #Hyderabad @airtelindia worst service and pathetic customer support.

@airtelindia it's been over a week since I ordered a Wi-Fi Router UPS, and I still haven't received it. The delay is disappointing, and the customer service experience has been equally frustrating with no proper update or resolution. Kindly get this delivered by EOD or refund.

@airtelindia Finally, they told me to check YouTube for the solution—but if I have to go to YouTube myself, what exactly are you people there for? Does paying for a service mean we have to suffer this kind of hassle?
