Airtel payment bank create a monopoly he says if you not a Airtel mobile customer then you not disable safe payment mode. So I have not use upi and NetBanking if I am not a airtel mobile customer. Dear rbi pls help me @RBI @airtelindia

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence wort service provider ever seen ... Yesterday I applied for port my #Airtel no. To jio and got message process will complete on 25 sep night 11:55 . But airtel stoped my services yesterday only, no network showing. Cheap class and begger behaviour.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Please shut down your customer care team when a simple request with SLA of 24 to 48 hours is pending for more than 25 days even after 5 escalations and harassment to pay for an incorrect bill... Give urgent resolution or let me look outside...

They were talking were aggressively with the customer.there were two guys namely Ojas Rawal and Jagdish in the office. When my turn came, I told Jagdish to talk with me normally. Hearing this Ojas got aggressive and told me he won't provide me with the new @airtelindia card.

@airtelindia Hi Airtel, Why you have removed the 49 recharge and put new recharge of 79? and this also does not allow to receive sms. We are poor people, can't afford bigger recharge amount to get only sms which is very critical these days. Request you to please let incoming SMS.
