    @airtelindia airtel broadband customer service is the worst in Visakhapatnam. Made a mistake by choosing airtel.

    @airtelindia Disgusted by the behaviour of staff at Airtel Store, their arrogance, callousness and lack of knowledge is at another level. Please shutdown Airtel Stores because a customer care executive on phone is more knowledgeable

    Do you know that quick support in @airtelindia is actually a scam??!! their customer support is so slow that if you start walking from lets say North part of India to Souther, you will reach faster than they will be able to resolve your issue. :) amazing @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia Appalling customer care service at Store. They have 0 knowledge on how to remove one number from the Airtel Black plan, they unbundled the entire plan for higher rental.

    This is really bad experience with @airtelindia. In the last 15 days, this is the 2nd unplanned outage of 5 hrs each for the broadband service. The least you can do is inform the customer well in advance.The information was shared 2 mins after the outage starts. @Airtel_Presence
