@Airtel_Presence WTF ! After porting I'll be your customer there is no possibility to quick #switchtoairtel normal porting time 7 days, so I'll be waiting for but this is not my query. I ask @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence for y they charged me 💯 rs extra for porting.

@VodafoneIN after several request in previous months still their is internet speed issue and i have given you enough time to resolve it .. Now i have to switch .. this is the difference between you and @airtelindia they resolved it within days and u guys r in comfort zone

@BSNLCorporate Great internet 200ms ping in mumbai server, are you servers really in India Out of 30 days, 10 days BSNL server are unavailable no internet .. seriously the worst internet fiber. Just waiting for @reliancejio or @airtelindia for there service in my area.

Spoke to "Ufnat" frm cust care, she advises dat payment can be returned only after 10 days. 10 sec to deduct & 10 days to return! Such horrible experience & services by @airtelindia & their mobile app Think it is better to port to other operator. Can u resolve @Airtel_Presence

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Your services are really pathetic. Internet is down from almost 2 days now in Gurgaon sector 9 and you hv the same automated response everytime we call customer care number. #airtel #broadband #poorservice. Would now opt out of this service for sure.
