    @VodafoneIN stop fooling ur customers dey hve been creating problems4 me since 5 months n finally wen I decided to port my sim to @airtelindia dey made a fake call pretending to b sum1 frm aitel and cancelled my port.N now dey hve blocked my sim, no network no net,sim blocked.

    @airtelindia hi airtel yesterday i reacharge 4g plan to my father airtel number and its actually 2g sim i dont know about that by mistake i reacharge of 598 after knowing yesterday i message airtel now they declined to help me . That is how your service given to customer by you

    @airtelindia I have requested for xtream fiber connection 10 days back and still no response on that front from your side. And you can shut down your customer care unit because it is never reachable DidNotExpectThisFromAirtel

    @Airtel_Presence @Dev_nullity Whenever I call on 198. Always you tell the same. But no improvement in network. I tweeted last time. Fraud has been done with me. I did DM also but still I've to operate on 3G network instead of 4G. @airtelindia is Fully worst network of India. @NTRAEG @TRAI

    Worst jiofiber service ever there engineer give thread of not repairing the connection ever if otp is not given instantly and says remove the connection what goes of my father I'll get the salary even then. I have removed the connection and shifted to airtel.@JioCare @airtelindia

Even after 9 days, WiFi is NOT installed. Request shows “in progress” in app but no engineer assigned. Daily calling support but only false promises “engineer will come today”. DTH fixed after delay, but Fiber still pending. Registered Mobile: XXXXX90667 Location: Mylapore, Chennai Please escalate immediately and resolve TODAY.

    @airtelindia Hi Airtel Team, despite having an Unlimited 5G plan, I have been unable to use Unlimited 5G for the past 10 days. Because of this issue, I had to do extra recharges. I'm disappointed with the service and am considering switching to Jio.

    Dear @airtelindia, my ₹349 plan includes Unlimited 5G Data, but my daily 2GB is still being deducted. I use a Samsung Galaxy *** 5G and have a 5G signal. The issue started after recharge and remains unresolved. Please fix it urgently. @Airtel_Presence @DoT_India

    So today is the 5th day that ticket id: 11032264444 was raised and till now the issue has not been resolved. I want my money refunded for these 5 days @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Also, I will wait till day end today. If the issue is not fixed, I will ask all my friends and relatives to get their Airtel connections changed with some other service provider. Pathetic!!! 👎🏻
