@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia there is some problem with additional number when I try to add it to family plan. It states OTP not verified for one of the child numbers! Interestingly this is only happening for a specific number only, if I try a different number it sends the OTP.

Its going to be more than 8 hours now! Customers were not informed of planned outage. If this was sudden disruption why no sms sent?
