    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia there is some problem with additional number when I try to add it to family plan. It states OTP not verified for one of the child numbers! Interestingly this is only happening for a specific number only, if I try a different number it sends the OTP.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @TRAI Nothing has been restored. Still the same. So many restarts done. I believe there is a clear regulation on disruption of service and compensation. Its going to be more than 8 hours now! Customers were not informed of planned outage. If this was sudden disruption why no sms sent?

    @airtelindia My Airtell Sim suddenly stoped working , the phone says “ Insert Sim”. Other Airtell SIM working nicely in the same phone. Reason and is Sim made of poor quality materials? Or business of Airtell Company?

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I missed a better opportunity due to broadband issue, I didn't get proper technical support due to which I have suffered a lot you can't even guess. You may find this a small problem, but who will compensate for the loss I have caused? Will you take responsibility?
