    @airtelindia when I recharge for international roaming, I didn't know that 200 minutes is for incoming & outgoing calls, my 200 minutes are exhausted, so right now i am unable to get any calls, I am stuck now because I thought that I have unlimited incoming calls, please help me

    @airtelindia do look into repeated complaints. I have been complaining repeatedly since over a month. 5 days after complaining broadband works excellent. Then again same issue begins. It’s a never ending loop. Service request 10167620354

    @airtelindia @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence Before buying Xsafe camera I was told that installer will give free wiring. But when he came he told me max 2 meter they'll provide. Can you just refund me whole amount. I called & sent email to support but no reply. Order No #AXS1138760

    @airtelindia I went to your Saki Naka Store for SIM swap. My number is not enabled. After calling the CC, I came to know the there is some document mismatch issue. Can't you send SMS to customer if the SIM change request is failed? Such a pathetic service. Very disappointed
