Hi @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia, I got my sim replaced. It's been more than a day, my new sim card does not have any network coverage yet. I was told I shall be able to have network within 4 hrs of my sim upgrade. There's no response from your support over call or twitter DM.

@airtelindia Worst of the services ever faced is by Airtel. If you want a new connection they reach the customer in just minutes, but when it comes to post sale services the minimum TAT > 24 hrs. What an irony? Isn't it? 3040949853
