@SahilBulla @airtelindia is better....Once they had overcharged me for an OTT subscription i opted...by the month end they made sure they waived off the charges.. @ViCustomerCare is bad....Really bad....They have large amount of ppl doing sales and only few of them in support....

@airtelindia ❌❌❌❌Never pay any bills from Airtel payment bank or thanks app . They showing payment was successful but after some days shows payment was failed and you have to pay with late fees . So be careful

@airtelindia @airtelindia it's been a month since I registered a complaint for my fixed landline, no one till now resolved it. And also whenever I am raising a service request they are assigning a person to resolve but that person is closing the ticket without even resolving.
