@airtelindia Strange things happening. My Airtel sim stopped working on 31 Jan. Airtel service center issued duplicate sim charging Rs25. It is not activated as yet. Visited the center again. I am told details don't match. How in an aadhaar seeded number that can happen?

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia THERE IS A SERIOUS NETWORK ISSUE IN MUMBAI 400014 AREA SINCE PAST 3 MONTHS. THERE IS ONLY 30% NETWORK REACH. REGULAR COMPLAINTS IN THE STORE HAVE NOT YIELDED ANY IMPROVEMENTS. PLZ RECTIFY ASAF SINCE WFH IS AFFECTED SEVERELY DUE TO NETWORK ISSUES.
