    @airtelindia very worst support. I had paid my bill on 16.04. Still showing as outstanding. Raised issue on Monday, got msg that issue closed. Still now it is showing as bill outstanding. Further more misery my d2h service is barred. Pathetic customer support, very bad.

    Pathetic customer service of @airtelindia bill paid but company sending daily emails threatening for disconnection. Toll free number says email to e support but they dont reply. No mechanism at all. I wonder how this company is running.

    @airtelindia Not able to contact your customer care as i don’t have network on my sim don’t know why It’s been deactivated or What ?trying since morning as you guys convey through adds that there would zero complaints so kindly resolve ASAP. can’t visit store in this pandemic.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence There is no network in my sim trying since morning to contact customer Care number but couldn’t as trying from my mother number but still not able to contact. I don’t why my sim got deactivated kindly resolve ASAP

    Part - 3, Waited 4 hours at the store to understand the reason for debaring my number and resolve the issue, but never felt so cheated and helpless from @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence. There was no intimation given for any deactivation of my number.
