  @OfficialDMRC @airtelindia Why is DMRC providing this kind of Airtel metro card? After recharging twice, I can’t top up my card at any machine. And when I go to the office, they ask me to raise a complaint on the website first. @airtelindia, kya bakwaas service hai

  @airtelindia My WiFi has not been working for the past 7 days in Sector 30, Noida. Despite multiple attempts, I’m unable to even raise a complaint. Customer care hasn’t been able to help either.

  @airtelindia Finally after all the waiting,there is a conclusion. But, don't assume that @airtelindia solved the issue, I have decided to move on from them and opt another service provider, anyway it's relief for me from this incompetent and ignorant service.

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @minimum recharge as such is 94/99 but it was a planned game to fleece by creating artificial crisis. Now she is not receiving calls & avoiding. I am postpaid customer with 4 other numbers of family of airtel. Why should I not port to other service provider & go to consumer court
