No calls, no data, nothing. For a company that claims strong coverage, this is completely unacceptable. People depend on your network for daily communication and work, and right now it’s a total blackout. Fix this immediately. Stop the empty promises and ensure basic connectivity where customers are actually paying for your service.

This is a daily ordeal with a monthly bill of ₹1,060.82. @reliancejio they offer you only 7 days to pay bill for this 5 star service.
