@airtelindia with you since years. Worst service as soon as you go for Airtel black.! No idea what you bill. Your employees clueless, don’t understand or sort any resolution. Waiting for a supervisor to attend my call since half hour! And then your team disconnects the call.

Such a bad experience with @airtelindia @airtelnews customer service. A simple Airtel Xtreme plan change request couldn't be fulfilled even after 10 days which was supposed to be done in 2 hours. Customer care support is really committed to give false committments to customers.
