    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @DoT_India My broadband connection is down for close to 24 hours now. Airtel app does not let me create a service request. I have no way to know when this downtime will be resolved. Pathetic experience even after raising this issue multiple times.

    @DeepikaBhardwaj @airtelindia Their system is slow, they will put on hold and check what is wrong with them. But everything works fine when they ask for money.
