.@airtelindia You treat customers who had a death in the family horribly. Airtel HQ unresponsive and phone blocked for 30 days after death..even after following all processes and when your own store says it should be allowed. Does no one at airtel care about basic humanity? @TRAI

I wish i had your network here but as i have since in last week that it took 4 working days and total 6 days to just get information about the availability of installation. This shows the speed of airtel work. Not impressed at all. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

In 5G era, @airtelindia is charging for 4G and providing service worst than the 2G era. Pathetic service in Dehradun despite so many follow-ups. Why should we pay you heavily unnecessarily? Time to switch. Bakwaas service.
