    @airtelindia Raised WiFi shift connection request 7 days back, it's still pending from @Airtel_Presence and they are just delaying it everyday. Poorest customer service ever.

    first you need to improve your service quality for what you are selling and what you are giving, in 5g unlimited plan on 5g phone you are deducting daily data balance why? if it is unlimited plan it shuldn't be deducted frm daily data limt until ntwrk switc to 4g @airtelindia

    @airtelindia 1/4 This crucial information was never disclosed before the conversion. I requested to speak with the Branch Manager, who informed me that porting back to prepaid could be done. However, I had a flight back the same day and did not have sufficient time to complete the process.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence My Wi-Fi has been down since 6 AM today &my plan is due to expire tomorrow 12 pm. It shows as expired before the actual due date, and the same thing happened back in March as well. Why does this keep happening?look into it and restore the connection.

    I was transferring my @airtelindia esim from one iPhone to another and it got deactivated from the old phone but didn't get activated in the new phone. I can't even initiate a new esim request from the Airtel Thanks App as it would require an OTP. Help @Airtel_Presence
