I switched to airtel so that I'll experience a better internt service than other operators. But,the internet provided by Airtel is so poor that I have to connect my phone to neighbour's wifi so that I can tweet😔. This is how @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence provide best experience.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence You guys are so great that I always get something to talk about you. One thing that my network issue is still not resolved after bunch of complaints, getting only one answer as- Your issue will get resolved in 3 days and we have escalated the issue.

@TRAI I know you cannot look into each and every concern raised by customers but one request please verify the customer complaints closure numbers from providers. @airtelindia I'm unable to call Citi Bank customer care,shall I port to other provider if u can't solve the concerns?
