If I want to tether my phone & laptop when my broadband is not available, I should be allowed to do it. Why I shouldn't do this? The chat is garbage, keeps switching the router on/off and when I ask to talk to a human redirects me to numbers which just get disconnected.

I paid for Wi‑Fi in New Delhi 3 days ago; tech promised 14 July, then kept saying “today” and now won’t answer. Your app has no complaints option and I can’t get a refund. Fix this and refund me now.
