@airtelindia Since last five years,i have been reporting about poor network service in my area. But still now,there is no sign of improvement of network service.I live in a locality named VIP ENCLAVE(Pithuwala,Chandrabani) of Dehradun,which is almost 2KM away from DDN ISBT.

@airtelindia after prepaid bal expired am not able to make call to Customer care what **** thing is this? So now I have to borrow or beg someone else to talk with you? BTW done recharge and still saying wait for 4hrs I think this is the time to change airtel

@airtelindia @AirtelGm I hereby to inform you that I am facing zero signal (no call no internet) whenever electricity goes off. This problem is from 6 months. whenever we complaint it solved for short period of time. Should we change our service. It's very big problem.

@airtelindia Should change the name for their Xstream Fiber to xstreamly pathetic fiber. Installation of the connection was completed on 3rd Feb evening and the fiber has been down since 5th Feb. @Airtel_Presence customer people have the scripted answers.Shifting to @reliancejio
