    @airtelindia I have recharged for Rs.349 plan Transaction ID is 642062775.And received confirmation message for the same. but still the plan is not active and not reflecting in my airtel app and internet is also not working. and asusual no response from customer care. Whats next?

    Hey @airtelindia, when outages in fibre broadband connection last more than half a day, should we not get some kind of compensation? Wi-fi is down since Thursday night - Office work impacted for 2 full days now- service request being closed and reopened again and again

    @airtelindia Why only with outage issue with Airtel. There are also other provider but they sre facing the issue. Whole day gone but no resolution.

    @airtelindia this kind of standard replies are frustrating - “while investigating for Service Request No. xx related to DND issue on your Airtel no. we couldn't find call/SMS records for reported content for shared date. Hence, no action has been taken against sender” @TRAI

    @Airtel_Presence Worst service ever. Both my Airtel broadband and mobile network have been unusable for 2 months despite repeated complaints. If this isn't resolved immediately, I'll port out my mobile number and disconnect the broadband. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia
