    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Very poor service. Dropped many mails but no resolution still. Everytime you give fake promise as we are trying to get it resolved but I don’t see any work on that. My entire family here trust airtel but we are being betrayed. Dissatisfied

    @airtelindia it's dam irritating to hear pre-recorded #COVID message before every call, we get the importance but it's worthless to play every single time, doesn't help and people would move to @WhatsApp calling..@MoHFW_INDIA @GoI_MeitY @TRAI @DoT_India

    @airtelindia I am your customer from last 14 years. I understand the lockdown situation and assigning an engineer to solve the issue related to internet, however, this engineer threatened me that why i didn’t call him instead of reopening the complaint on IVR. What a service.
