@Airtel_Presence There are huge Network problem in our area (kaithi, varanasi pin code 221116). and we have been trying for a long time, but there is no improvement. Even there is zero signal of @airtelindia in our area. Pls look into this matter.

Dear @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Acc No. 3028802474 There was some problem in my DTH and an Engineer Visited my place to fix the issue. He Charged Rs 960/- for a Receiver along with a Connector. He didn't provide me a bill also.. I think,he overcharged me. Kindly look into

@airtelindia such a pathetic experience I have had with Airtel prepaid.. Never get a chance to access 4G/VOLTE internet connection and whenever somebody calls me, they are not able to hear my voice nor do I. Jio is far better. You’ll surely loose customers
