Same situation at Balaganj Lucknow. I had registered a complaint in December. And still playing on the name of speed and not even able to make a call. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia If this is your customer service then I would like to go for any other network.

@airtelindia I had recharged with annual pack in #AirtelDth now I am receiving calls that i need to recharge again. I am ok with it but tell me how will my already invested money be used. Tried calling 121 so many times but no connection. Only noise. Web page is down. I need human help

@Sumit_maurya @airtelindia If the problem is temporary then it can be tolerated but it has been like this forever and if the area has congestion then it needs to be taken care of somehow. There should be a solution for this.

I am very disappointed with @airtelindia, in today's time everything depends upon the connectivity of your no's or broadband. When I am calling the customer support, they are keeping the call on hold and then disconnecting it. It happened thrice today. Will be #Porting out soon

@airtelindia this is my 4th complaint in this month for broadband issue. Today I registered complaint at 2 pm which and customer care team promise me issue will be resolved till evening now when I called them again they are saying to wait for 24 hours. Worst service fake promise.
