Later, the KYC team visited and collected another ₹1500. After that, the installation team came and said there is no 5G/network feasibility in my area, so the connection was cancelled. Despite calling customer support multiple times, I still haven’t received my refund. Very disappointing experience. Please resolve this issue and refund my money ASAP. It’s full of bugs and the same experience is on the desktop. Your customer hotline put you on hold for 8 mins and then disconnects on its own! I have tried for the last 30 mins and cannot switch on international roaming. Fire your tech leader!
