    @airtelindia @airtelnews From past 3 days WIFI is down at my Allahabad premise. LOS error os coming and no one is coming to checking ...I'm continuously calling customer care but they are giving lollipop that same will be resolved in 4 hours. So almost 18*4=72 lollipops,.See asap

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Airtel network is very poor at my location. Internet services are badly affected. Conditions didn't normalise even after repeated complaints for past 1 year. These days even problem worsened instead of improvement.

    @airtelindia On 6 Jan 22 I paid 719 for a 84 day pack on Airtel thanks app. I keep getting message that as I have insufficient balance sp I cannot make calls. on app no provision is there catering to complaints of this nature. Pls help.

    @airtelindia I have airfiber already, I booked for iptv, yesterday I was told in call that I can pay via cash to the technician but the Airtel thanks app keeps asking for payment to continue. It’s really disappointing I am waiting for the technician from yesterday. Hope u help me

    @airtelnews @airtelindia I have moved from Gurgaon to Pune & accordingly raised a request to shift my wifi connection to Pune on 1st May (request id 10926299883). I have no resolution till today even after 7 days! Glaring example of pathetic customer service. I have raised other requests fir poor network connectivity without any resolution ( request id 31-1000013507129 & 311000013413514). Being a airtel black customer, I expected much better, probably I am wrong by putting all my eggs in one basket or I should port to another service provider. I raised a request for a new connection & immediately was c9ntacted by airtel team but as an existing customer no one is ready to provide a resolution. Looks like it's time to move to a service provider who takes better care of their customers (hopefully ).

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Hi Team, I am getting 5-10 Mbps speed in Wifi since morning, when I am paying for a 200 Mbps plan. I tried using the Airtel App to complain about it but it is so useless that I couldn't even register a complaint using it. Please look into the matter urgently, it's hampering my work. #AirtelPoorServices

    Hello @airtelindia, I want to debundle my Airtel black. The customer care team is unable to resolve it and I was told that I will receive a call by 5pm yesterday from backend team as there is some issue from their end. Still no call have been received.
