I am very disappointed with @airtelindia, in today's time everything depends upon the connectivity of your no's or broadband. When I am calling the customer support, they are keeping the call on hold and then disconnecting it. It happened thrice today. Will be #Porting out soon

Same situation at Balaganj Lucknow. I had registered a complaint in December. And still playing on the name of speed and not even able to make a call. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia If this is your customer service then I would like to go for any other network.

@airtelindia They make money scamming you with the payment. A legal scam they do. Still people believe in Airtel. My advice to not to buy any products or Postpaid service which is absolutely a way of scamming the consumer.

Do you really bother about the issues your customers are facing ? @airtelindia time to care better? the worst service team. It takes 2 days to get a new line/connection fixed these days. You guys are the limit. 2 months and still waiting and speaking to inefficient customercare !

It's feels like we are back to 2G days, when ever you try to use @airtelindia for internet uses in Belandur Bengalore, Not even able to open Twitter. Using @reliancejio network to complain on twiter also. 😡😡😡
