    @Airtel_Presence my fibernet is down from last 24 hours, ur 121 and 198 are not taking requests, i raised an issue from mobile app which was marked resolved, Without solving the problem: service Req 118113894. Pls get this resolved or else I will discontinue from @airtelindia

    Don’t go for Airtel. Worst service by @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia... Call drop.. no network.. aur Airtel 4G se 3G to E kab ho jayega pata bhi nahi chalega, kitni baar complaint ki har baar ka wahi haal.. worst. I am planning to switch for @reliancejio

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I have been trying to get in touch with your CS since long but finally got connected 3 days back. They lodged my complaint regarding my 2 broadband connections & told that I will get callback but noone called me. Its urgent. Pls arrange it.
