Every week it is working on some problem for 5-6 hours, giving the same nonsense answer - some problem in your area. Very punctual to add penalty if bill isn't paid even for a day. As per TRAI norms, incoming should stay active for a grace period post-expiry. This is unacceptable, resolve this matter immediately. @airtelindia this feels customer exploitation.
